The creek on our property is a Class A wild trout stream, known for its abundant population of wild brown trout. Our home is often booked by guests specifically for trout fishing, particularly fly fishing. While the creekâs depth varies with rainfall, it stretches the entire length of the property and beyond, offering ample space for a memorable fishing experience.

Our custom-designed bunk room is perfect for kids! It features cozy beds to make it an inviting space for young travelers. The room offers plenty of space to spread out, play, and unwind, creating a fun and memorable stay just for them.

-Use at Your Own Risk: The treehouse is an elevated structure with stairs, ladders, and decks. By entering or using it, you accept all risks, including potential injury, property damage, or worse.
-Liability Release: Pocono Pads and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from use of the treehouse or surrounding area.
-Child Supervision Required: Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. The treehouse is not childproof and may not be safe for all ages.
-Follow Safety Rules: Guests must use the treehouse responsibly and follow all posted or communicated safety guidelines. Unsafe behaviorâlike climbing railings or jumpingâis prohibited.
-Nature & Weather Risks: The treehouse is exposed to the elements. Wet surfaces, falling branches, insects, and weather changes may pose hazards. Please take proper precautions.
â ïž Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.
â ïž Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

â ïžIMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION
The Property Management Company (âManagerâ) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.
The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneyâs fees) arising from:
-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property;
-Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or
-Any violation of the propertyâs pet policy or house rules.
Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guestâs occupancy without refund.
Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeownerâs, renterâs, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.
This clause shall survive the termination of any rental agreement or guest occupancy.
â ïžBeing in a natural setting, occasional insects or small wildlife may be present. Please keep doors and windows closed to help prevent this. We also kindly ask that all food is properly sealed and covered.
