Set on a charming corner lot with direct, safe beach access via stairs, this coastal escape is perfect for families and friends seeking relaxation, seaside adventure, and unforgettable memories by the water.

The calm, gentle waters of the South Shore are ideal for children to swim and play, while adults can sip morning coffee on the deck, enjoying views of passing cruise ships entering Charlottetown Harbour. For water enthusiasts, there is an entry point that accommodates kayaks and paddleboards, and the shared boat slip provides easy access to explore the bay.

Inside, you’ll find over 3,000 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space. The open-concept main floor features a waterfront kitchen, dining area, and lounge that flow seamlessly into a large screened porch. Bathed in natural light, the porch offers unobstructed ocean views and quickly becomes a favorite gathering spot for morning breakfasts, evening meals, or watching the sun set over the shoreline. The living area includes a TV, making it perfect for cozy movie nights or quiet relaxation.

The master king suite is a private retreat, complete with a sitting area, ensuite bathroom, and direct deck access for serene views of the water. On the east side of the cottage, the other three bedrooms include a king, a queen, and a twin bedroom, all sharing a spacious bathroom with double vanities. A separate family room with a queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space or a cozy entertainment area with Netflix and cable.

Please note: The fireplace and garage are off-limits to guests.
