We are excited to welcome guests for our third year. Enjoy your suite in our renovated 1870’s house: seconds from historic downtown, minutes to theatres, restaurants, shops and scenic parks. With friends or family, this unit sleeps 4 either in King beds or Twins. The bar counter serviced by convenience centre offers views of the back yard. The F&F Room lies in the oldest part of the “Gadsby” house with original pine floors and millwork. A great place enjoy all of Stratford. Lic# 2023-49
The space
Mattresses, linens, and towels are all brand new and of high quality. The convenience centre offers coffee, microwave, refrigeration, glasses, dishware, and cutlery. The 42" flat screen provides an array of channels and internet options.
Guest access
Guests have up to two designated parking spaces for vehicles and a personalized access code provides private entry into the suite.
Other things to note
We do not encourage cooking on site but do offer convenience to warm up leftovers, mix drinks, and relax in your in your suite or on the multi level backyard patios

Wonderful stay. Such a beautiful property. Owners are a fabulous couple. They were friendly and provided lots of information about local dining. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, particularly the yard where we could sit and relax and enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely return.

Barb, Tim and their beautiful space made for an excellent theatre getaway. The unit was spacious and sparkling clean with thoughtful amenities. The separate sleeping areas facilitated a snore-free and peaceful nights sleep ;) The hosts were welcoming and always available, ensuring a seamless stay. I highly recommend this wonderful spot located just a “stone’s throw” away from everything. We look forward to returning next season!

What a gem!

We had the most relaxing weekend away with our kids in the family loft. It was the perfect size for a family of four, and offered lots of space to relax. The kids loved sitting at the breakfast bar each morning, and thoroughly enjoyed playing in the back yard. Tim and Barb are absolute gems - they are the kindest, and most caring hosts we have experienced on a getaway like this. They were easy-going, and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Wonderful home and garden in Stratford

The home has been beautifully renovated, decorated with calm colours and art reflecting the local area. The beds were high quality and very comfortable, and the breakfast bar overlooking the beautiful garden in the backyard was a perfect way to start the day. Location was great, as the town centre and wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops were all within a few minutes walk. We came for the Stratford festival, and the walk to the theatre was an enjoyable 25 minute walk, but there was also parking at the theatre. Finally, the host was always available to answer questions, talk about the theatre and the area, and provided excellent recommendations to help make our stay enjoyable. Even the small touches such as providing sparkling water and a tray of local cookies and chocolates made us feel like we were at a spa. I highly recommend this place.

We had the best experience 
 hosts Tim and Barb were amazing. Property was lovely and we were encouraged to enjoy it. The location is a 10+ and with such a beautiful loft we can’t wait to enjoy it again one day soon. Lastly

Lovely weekend in Stratford

The property is beautiful and very comfortable. Immaculate with everything you need. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and then explored the downtown shops, restaurants and gardens. Tim and Barb are amazing hosts who gave us and our extended family, who were also visiting Stratford, full enjoyment of their beautiful patio and yard. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay very much. Location is perfect-walking distance to everything.
