Welcome to my beautiful lakefront cottage boasting panoramic views of the lake and nightly sunsets! The cottage is perfectly nestled on a private 1-acre lakefront property, This waterfront oasis is sure to impress!
Pets are allowed on this property as long as they're properly taken care of.
Babies/toddlers are more than welcome, but guests must note that the house is not baby-proofed!
For everyone's safety, we don't accept bookings from unsupervised young groups.
Just a heads-up: Please avoid parking on the grass area. There's a shallow septic tank underneath, and a heavy vehicle could crack it, which might lead to up to $20,000 in damage.
Also: The bunkie, Docks (Will be detached), outhouse compost toilet, and kayaks are unavailable during the winter seasons. Thanks for your understanding!

âź Three (3) bedrooms in the main bungalow - 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, a double bed in the third bedroom, an open bunk room with 2 single bunk beds, and 2 pullout couches in the living room.
âź The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a large fridge and stove.
âź Portable heaters are provided throughout the house for added warmth.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
The guest will have access to the entire property except for the garage. Please, make yourself at home.
I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, youâre lost, or just need some great recommendations, Iâll be there for you around the clock.

âź 5 min drive to LCBO & grocery store.
âź 1 hour drive to Prince Edward County for a day trip.
âź 35-minute drive to Bon Echo Provincial Park.
âź 50 min drive to Westport, Foley Mountain viewpoint & amazing Scheurmans Winery & outdoor dining (fabulous experience)
âź 20 min drive to Napanee town- lots of shops and restaurants.
Donât feel like cooking dinner? Order Lakeview Tavern for takeout, a 2-minute drive down the road.
âź Famous Dark Sky Viewing Area 10 min drive, on a clear night, see the Milky Way, shooting stars and constellations.
Drive recommended around town.
âź We kindly ask guests to bring slippers or indoor shoes to help keep our new carpet clean and protect it from dirt. The floors can get a bit cold in winter, so wearing these will keep you nice and cozy too!
âź Additional $60 per hour for late check-out (cleaner fee NOT ours).
âź Additional $150 cleaning if fee property is found messy with pet dropping.
âź NEED TO CLEAN the oven and garbage to be placed inside the trash bags otherwise specific oven and garbage cleaning $30 fee will be applied.
âźSmoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house/cottages. Guests are allowed to smoke outside.
âźNote: The outdoor bathroom is no longer in use. The outdoor shower is still available, but itâs cold water only and must be turned on manually using the garden hose.
âźThe property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately, some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
âź Due to the snow season, many of the summer chairs and umbrellas have been moved to the garage.
âź The garage is occupied with summer outdoor furniture and so won't be available for guests to use unless emergency.
âź Unfortunately, we canât offer bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Pets are allowed in this property as long as they're properly taken cared of. Also, please use a leash to protect neighbors' yards as well as pick up after your pet.
NOTE: There will be a refundable pet fee of $700.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house/cottages. Guests are allowed to smoke outside.
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Drug use or possession is strictly prohibited on the property. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and legal action.
9. Please refrain from cutting down trees on the property without prior authorization.
10. For the safety of all guests, we do not accept bookings from young groups without parental supervision.
