Located on over 150 feet of private frontage on crystal clear Lac Courte Oreilles Lake, Lookout Lodge combines the rustic charm of a classic Northwoods cabin with modern comforts and stunning lake views. The home offers beautiful views from the living room and kitchen while still providing easy access to the water via a gentle walking path. Guests can also drive a vehicle down to the dock area, making it easy to unload coolers, fishing gear, and water toys.





The moment you walk through the front door you'll be greeted by soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a stunning stone fireplace that anchors the main living area. Large windows bring the outdoors in, filling the home with natural light and offering beautiful lake views throughout the day. The combination of warm wood finishes, rustic Northwoods character, and modern updates creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that instantly feels like vacation.





Lac Courte Oreilles, often referred to simply as LCO, is one of Wisconsin's premier recreational lakes. Covering more than 5,000 acres, this spring-fed lake is known for its crystal-clear water, excellent fishing, boating, water skiing, tubing, swimming, and sailing. Guests enjoy exploring the many bays and islands, visiting the famous sandbar, and boating to local restaurants and resorts around the lake.





The private waterfront area includes a dock with room for multiple boats and a sandy swimming area that is perfect for both children and adults. Spend your mornings fishing from the dock, afternoons swimming in the clear water, and evenings relaxing by the fire while watching the lake. One of the best features of the property is that you can enjoy the elevated views from the house while still having easy access to the water's edge.





The home comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom includes a twin bed, while the open loft area provides four additional twin beds, making it a favorite space for kids and younger guests.





LCO is an amazing boating lake. Its clear water and expansive size make it ideal for swimming, skiing, fishing, tubing, and cruising. We offer pontoon rentals on the lake for guests looking to spend more time on the water. We have several pontoon options available, but they are shared among our lakefront properties and often book early, especially during peak summer weeks. Please inquire if interested. Your rental includes a private dock with room for multiple boats, and several public boat launches are conveniently located nearby.





Lookout Lodge was designed for guests who want to spend time outdoors. Relax around the fire pit after a day on the water, grill dinner on the gas grill while enjoying the views, or simply sit back and watch boats cruise across the lake. One of the highlights of the property is the active eagle's nest located in a large tree above the home. Bald eagle sightings are common and guests often enjoy watching these majestic birds throughout their stay.





Northern Wisconsin is an outdoor recreation paradise. Guests can trailer a short distance to access extensive ATV and snowmobile trail systems. The surrounding area offers hundreds of miles of trails through the Northwoods and Chequamegon National Forest.





Lookout Lodge is located approximately 14 miles from Hayward, Wisconsin. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, mini golf, the famous candy store, golf courses, breweries, wineries, and family attractions. The LCO Casino is approximately 13 miles away, while the Hatchery Creek Trailhead, Birkie Trail, and CAMBA mountain bike trail access are approximately 12 miles from the property. Trail's End and Angler's Haven Resort are located just across the lake and are easily accessible by boat.





The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming televisions, air conditioning, a large stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a gas grill, private dock, sandy swimming area, and plenty of parking for vehicles, boats, and trailers.





We LOVE dogs and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation with the whole family, including the furry members. Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval and an additional pet fee. We ask that dogs be supervised while at the property and that guests pick up after their pets to help us keep Lookout Lodge beautiful for future guests.
