Seventh Heaven is exactly that – elegant, spacious and with glorious views from all windows.
The living space is open plan but with separate zones. Firstly you can enjoy relaxing in the sitting room, with a log burning stove and views over the canal. Then there is a dining area which seats 4-6 people and can seat ten if you have combined your stay with Bottom Cottage. Finally, the kitchen area is fully fitted and bright but not fully open to the living area.
The bedrooms are bright, with TVs & DVD players and a king-sized double and a twin room. There is a main bathroom with a bath and a separate, large shower.
If you are on holiday with a larger family or a group of friends, then why not hire Seventh Heaven with Bottom and essentially have the whole end of the building to yourselves? There is an interconnecting staircase and plenty of break-out space for readers, game players or snoozers!
The lake has swimming and boats which you can use at your own leisure
The BBQ pit needs to be booked at an extra charge of £30 a session which 5pm to 10pm the £30 booking includes a bucket of charcoal and a trug of logs, which should be sufficient for a small group of up to 6.
Extra charcoal or logs can be purchased at £10 each. If the area is not booked, you are very welcome to go and picnic or relax at no charge.
There is a pool table and other games in the communal games area which is sperate to the cottage and shared with the other guests.
