- The area experiences an increase in Japanese beetles and wasps during the spring and early fall. Please note the home is regularly sprayed for pests 4 times yearly, and weekly during the spring and fall
- Your safety matters. This property features a doorbell camera on the front door facing the exterior entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video and sound when motion is detected
