Benefiting from off road parking and a secure south facing patio, the location is convenient with a good selection of shops, restaurants, pubs, and bars all within easy walking distance. Hazel Grove benefits from its own train station, which is a 15-minute walk away, and offers a direct service to the wonderful spa town of Buxton (40 mins) in one direction or the bright lights of Manchester city centre (25 mins) in the other. For those with children or pets Torkington Park is a 10-minute walk and home to ‘The Secret Garden’ together with recreational facilities including football pitches and tennis courts.

The National Trusts Lyme Park is around a 10-minute drive away, and both Hazel Grove (0.7 miles) and Stockport (1.7 miles) golf courses are easily accessible. Cycle trails such as the traffic free Middlewood Way and Sett Valley Trail can be picked up locally and by car you can reach the Peak District National Park in a mere 10 minutes. Other nearby towns and villages include New Mills (15 mins) which is home to the fabulous Torrs Riverside Park and Millenium Walkway, and Bramall (10 mins) where you will find dozens of trendy bars, restaurants, and the beautiful Bramall Park & Hall.
