Welcome to my newly renovated and elegant apartment in central Vasastan, close to Odenplan. The apartment is bright, calm and thoughtfully designed, with classic Stockholm charm, high windows, a comfortable queen-size bed, cosy lounge area, dining and work space, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.

The location is one of the best parts of Stockholm for guests who want to enjoy the city from a stylish, local and well-connected neighbourhood. Odenplan is close by, with metro, commuter trains and buses making it easy to reach all parts of Stockholm city, the Central Station, Gamla Stan, Östermalm, Södermalm and the airport connections.

The area is known for its cafés, restaurants, parks and relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere. Nearby you will find popular local restaurant favourites such as Lilla Ego, Tranan, Tennstopet, Café Pascal, Fabrique and Espresso Sosta Bar, along with many smaller cafés, bakeries and lunch spots. Vasaparken is within easy reach for walks, coffee breaks, picnics or winter ice skating, and larger green areas such as Observatorielunden and Hagaparken are also nearby.

Guests can also enjoy several local attractions, including Stockholm Public Library, Gustav Vasa Church, Sven-Harry’s Art Museum and the beautiful streets around Odenplan and S:t Eriksplan. Please note that this is a peaceful and calm residential building in central Stockholm. It is not suitable for parties, loud music, loud noise, or people coming and going late at night. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, nor in the building, nor within 100 metres of the property.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment during their stay, including the sleeping area, lounge area, dining and work space, kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is located in a calm residential building, and guests are expected to respect the neighbours and shared areas at all times. Please keep noise to a minimum in the stairwell and building entrance, especially early in the morning and at night.

The apartment is best suited for quiet, responsible guests, couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Parties, gatherings, loud music, smoking and late-night visitors are not permitted.

The apartment has a queen-size bed and is most comfortable for one or two guests. The dining table can also be used as a practical work space for guests travelling for business or working remotely.
