Access to The Nevis Suite is via the communal main entrance of Munro Guest House. Once inside, you'll find a shared hallway serving the other four apartments. The door to The Nevis Suite is located on the 2nd floor (attic level). There are two flights of stairs to reach the suite; therefore, guests should be comfortable with stairs as part of their access.

Bedroom:

Report Stains Promptly: If any accidents happen, please let us know right away and specify the type of stain. This helps us treat it properly. If a spill occurs, we can provide replacement linen to ensure it's treated promptly, preventing any charge for replacement linen. A small fee will cover the cleaning team's time in delivering the replacement.

Replacement Policy: If a stain cannot be removed, we may need to charge for replacing the affected linens or towels. We aim to avoid this, as we want to maintain our high-quality standards for all guests.
