DESCRIPTION
This cosy and spacious private house with garden, tastefully furnished with beautiful colours reminiscent of the typical Sardinian style, enjoys a breathtaking panoramic position over the old port of Stintino.
Only a few kilometres away are the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, such as: La Pelosa, Ezzi Mannu Beach, and Le Saline Beach (characterised by their white sand).
With their clear, emerald-green sea waters, a true oasis of natural beauty.
THE SPACE
Living Room: in the spacious and bright Living Room, furnished in the typical Sardinian style and colours that make the environment cosy and warm, you will find: two comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, a small coffee table, a round dining table, a delightful sideboard, a flat screen TV and two bright windows, one of which has direct access to the porch with private garden.
Kitchen: From the Living Area there is direct access to the kitchen, which is spacious and with modern and functional style, equipped with; gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with pods, kettle, and complete with all utensils and table linen.
A comfortable rectangular table and a French window with direct access to the outside (on the entrance courtyard).
Night Zone: from the Living Zone you can directly reach the night zone through a corridor, where you will find on your right the first bathroom composed as follows: shower cabin, washbasin with mirror, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, BIO courtesy kit and complete set of high quality towels.
Continuing, on your right you will find the delightful Turquoise double bedroom, with a Queen Size mattress, and high quality bed linen, a wardrobe where you can store your clothes, a chest of drawers, two comfortable turquoise chairs (which recall the embroidery of the linen and curtains), a mirror, air conditioning and a bright window with mosquito net.
Continuing on, you will find the second and spacious bathroom, complete with all sanitary fittings, a comfortable shower cubicle, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a bright window, BIO courtesy kit and a complete set of towels.
Next to the bathroom, there is the second splendid double bedroom, with a Queen Size mattress, a comfortable and spacious wardrobe, two characteristic bedside tables, a chest of drawers with mirror, air conditioning and a bright window with mosquito net.
Garden: The house has a porch with a lovely private garden, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the old port of Stintino and its fantastic sunsets.
ACCESS FOR GUESTS
Guests can reach the house via Via Frecce Tricolori no. 9 (the road is signposted as a pedestrian zone, but guests can pass safely by car as they are authorised by a municipal permit).
The house has free parking, adjacent to the entrance gate, which guests will find open. Continuing along an avenue with flower beds and rose bushes, you will reach the front door of the house.
It will be possible to check in with the owner of the structure or in complete autonomy, thanks to a small safe (located outside near the entrance, with the keys inside).
In the case of self check-in, the host will send guests the opening code via phone call or chat upon arrival.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
A camping cot is available on request.
It will be possible to organise a typical Sardinian dinner on request directly at the property for an extra charge.
