Escapade moderne immaculée

Ce bungalow moderne rĂ©cemment mis Ă  jour est parfait pour une escapade insouciante Ă  Stinson. Avec une cour arriĂšre ensoleillĂ©e et une vue magnifique sur l'ocĂ©an Ă  travers un bosquet d'Eucalyptus, cette propriĂ©tĂ© simple est amusante et facile. Le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert pour le salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine donne une agrĂ©able sensation d'espace, et le mobilier chic et moderne est rafraĂźchissant et confortable. Le pont qui fait face Ă  l’ocĂ©an se trouve juste au-dessus d’une forĂȘt classĂ©e de cinq acres de monarques et, pendant certaines pĂ©riodes de l’annĂ©e, des visiteurs colorĂ©s s’envoleront. Ce bungalow est vierge. Note: Il y a un escalier raide de la route Ă  la maison. Pas de tĂ©lĂ©. PoĂȘle Ă  bois, chauffage central, barbecue au charbon. Les petits chiens (moins de 30 livres) sont autorisĂ©s. Peace and quiet

Overall, this property was a great location. Less than 8 minutes from downtown and 15 from the beach. My family loved the stay! Super clean! Very comfortable beds and sheets. Lots of high-end cooking wear and utencils. I gave this 4 stars because the washing machine, dishwasher and shower was not working.

This is easily one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. Beautiful little house and great decor. Easy walk to the beach and view of the surf from the deck. Lots of baby deer walking by just feet away. Beds were comfy and everything was well appointed and labeled as needed. Perfect for our family of four to spend some time together. Fun little extras everywhere. The check in was easy and we can't wait to return. We named the banana slug Jerry, so say hello when you see him!

Lovely Beach Rental

We enjoyed a lovely week in Stinson Beach. The location was excellent--close enough to walk to the beach or restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of items to make the stay comfortable. Outdoor spaces were lovely and we saw deer almost nightly walking through the backyard. Our only complaint is that the beds were fairly soft. Would definitely return.

Tranquil 'Tree-house"

This is a beautiful house surrounded by trees. And if you open the window you can hear the waves. It is the rare property where the pictures don't do the place justice. It's better than it looks!

Wonderful Location

Stinson Beach is the best! House is in the perfect location. You can hear the ocean from inside. There is a creek running on the side and you can hear that from the porch. We would definitely stay again although there are a few things that could be better. There are big windows in the bedrooms that allow too much light in, even at night. You have to bring a sleep mask. Bedrooms are for sleeping, they should be covered. There are only 4 towels and they are so old and thin, they need to be replaced. The tiny freezer was completely covered in frost, we had to defrost it to make ice. The furniture is actually patio furniture and not comfy. And the pin to the jack and Jill bathroom kept falling out so privacy was an issue with 2 couples. All easy fixes to make the house superb. We really did enjoy our stay though and wouldn’t hesitate to pick this one again. Just being honest about the little things.

Beautiful and peaceful getaway

We loved everything about the house and the location. Great layout and lots of light in every room. View of ocean through the trees and sound of the waves. Quick walk to town and the beach, but set apart from the main thoroughfare. Can't wait to return some time soon!

Simple, tasteful cottage above Stinson Beach

This simply and tastefully renovated cottage is a great base for exploring western Marin and is walking distance to the main part of Stinson Beach. The house is not large but the rooms are well-sized and the deck provides some additional space. Lovely spot.

Great location, amazing natural light

Amazing property, better than in the photos. Well equipped, we cooked and baked, and grilled. Best thing about the house is the natural light, windows and skylights everywhere. Spent the days surfing split between Bolinas and Stinson Beach.

Delightful property with modern, hip, easy styling, steps from the beach

A great house, great stay. We could hear the waves from the house, and there was a view through the trees to the ocean. Steps from the beach, yet quiet (though right above the town). Supremely comfortable bed in the ocean-facing bedroom. Well-stocked kitchen in terms of cooking equipment, and the wood-burning stove helped us stay warm and cozy during chilly evenings. Highly recommend.

Perfect, private lovely house a short walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well cared for, well-designed (we’re architects!) house up in the trees. The house is tucked away but has generous outside space and is close enough you can hear the waves lapping the shore... we hope to stay again!

Wonderful modern bungalow just a few short blocks to the beach and local conveniences

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to come again. We enjoyed the lovely, modern furnishings, shady deck with beanbag chairs, well stocked kitchen and convenient location close to the beach and local market. This is a beautiful bungalow in a lovely town!
