The space
This house is in southeast Stillwater, close to downtown, but still just a few minutes drive to the OSU campus. You can walk to the restaurants and bars in downtown in less than 10 minutes and can drive almost anywhere in Stillwater in less than 12 minutes.

The hardwood floors throughout most of the home have just been professionally restored, and the entire interior has been re-painted and the decor refreshed.

The interior is beautiful, but we still plan a few more improvements inside, and several projects on the exterior between guest visits throughout the summer. More details will be posted here on May 2.

The house is all on one story, with four bedrooms and two baths along a large living area that opens to a dining room and full kitchen. One bath is off the master bedroom and the one is in the hall with the other three bedrooms and just off the living room.

There's cable HD television in the living room and unlimited WiFi Internet service
Guest access
No one else will be in the home, but to keep your costs down, we close the one or two bedrooms for smaller groups.

With up to three occupants, you'll have a queen room and a room with a queen or a double along with one bath. With more than three people there will be an additional bedroom and bath, and with more than four, all rooms will be accessible.
Other things to note
Collects state and city sales and lodging taxes as is required of all short-term rentals.
