The space
This house is in southeast Stillwater, close to downtown, but still just a few minutes drive to the OSU campus. You can walk to the restaurants and bars in downtown in less than 10 minutes and can drive almost anywhere in Stillwater in less than 12 minutes.

We are still working on additional improvements between guests. During the summer, we plan the following improvements:
- New paint on patio ceiling and patio set in place
- Simple landscaping improvements neear home
- Replace outhouse door -- house is from the 40's and we decided to keep it just for decorative purposes
- Add laundry room

The house is all on one story, with four bedrooms surrounding the central kitchen and living room. One bath is attached through a bedroom and the other is between two other bedrooms and the living room.

With up to three occupants, you'll have a queen room and a room with a double and a trundle (two twins). No one else will be in the home, but to keep your costs down, we'll close the other two bedrooms and baths. With more than three people there will be an additional bedroom and bath, and with four or more all rooms will be accessible.

The house can sleep up to eleven the way it's configured currently, with ten in traditional beds (counting two in each double or larger) and one on the couch. With only two bathrooms, you'd need to be a pretty close family for that many to share. Six is probably a more comfortable number.

There's cable HD television in the living room and unlimited WiFi Internet service

No one else will be in the home, but to keep your costs down, we close the one or two bedrooms for smaller groups.
