**Lakeside Haven: Sandy Beach Retreat for 12**

Welcome to your perfect lakefront getaway! This stunning property boasts direct sandy beach access and everything you need for a memorable stay.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, a double oven with gas cooktop, a wine fridge, and an island with seating for 5. Enjoy your morning coffee at the Keurig station, complete with ground coffee, pods, basic spices, and oil provided.

The spacious living room invites you to relax with its tall gable ceilings, cozy sectional, and a dining table for 6—ideal for board games or puzzles. Upstairs, a loft offers two single beds, while the main level features four bedrooms:
- **Primary Bedroom**: King bed, queen-size sleeper sofa, private ensuite with a jetted tub, and separate shower.
- **Bedroom 2**: King bed.
- **Bedroom 3**: Two single beds.
- **Bedroom 4**: Queen bed.

Two additional full bathrooms ensure everyone has ample space and privacy.

Step outside to the covered patio, featuring comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, and a pellet BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking. Just beyond, you`ll find a cozy firepit area and your very own private sandy beach. Enjoy fun outdoor activities with cornhole boards set up for a friendly game. For water enthusiasts, 2 single kayaks are available for an additional fee, perfect for exploring the lake. **The property offers parking for 4-5 vehicles. Please note that a boat and trailer will count as 2 vehicles when parking.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, except for the garage and a locked cleaning closet located off the primary bedroom. **Please respect the privacy of the neighboring property to the east. The dock and the white table and chairs at the beach are private and not available for guest use. We ask that you refrain from using these areas to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

This home offers a peaceful, tucked-away setting perfect for unplugging and relaxing. Please note that it is approximately 10 minutes from the nearest convenience store/dollar store and about 25 minutes from restaurants. We recommend planning ahead and bringing groceries or supplies with you so you can fully enjoy your stay without extra trips. The Wal-Mart in Stigler will deliver to this property.

đŸ›¶Explore the majestic waters of Lake Eufaula in one of our comfortable and stylish kayaks, now available for an additional fee! Enjoy hours of fun in the sun with friends or family and create memories that will last a lifetime. Professional rental provided for your convenience, so grab your swimsuit and get ready for a great day planned on the water! We have 2 single kayaks that include the paddles and life vests. There is a one-time fee of $115 to rent the kayaks.
***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

1-No pets allowed.
2-Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am (No parties/events).
3- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard. Please respect the privacy of the neighboring property to the east. The dock and the white table and chairs at the beach are private and not available for guest use. We ask that you refrain from using these areas to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
5- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE.
6-Do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. The pellets for use are provided. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $200 fee. If you need assistance to operate the grill, please contact the host.
7- The fireplace in the main living area is decorative and not available for guest use.

The house was nice and there were lots of cute little "lake life" touches. Host was easy to contact. The best thing was the huge back porch with truly lovely lake views, we spent lots of time out there. Kids also loved the swing in the yard, and of course the great beach!

Lake and family getaway

We loved our time at this property. The owner was wonderful and the property was beautiful. We stayed with our children and grand children for a week. We spent time kayaking and swimming in the lake and went fishing at the marina every morning and evening. We would stay here again.

Great Spot for a Relaxing Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The property was clean and spacious —everything felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the marina and a nearby winery, which made exploring the area super convenient and fun. One of the highlights was having our own private access to the water—it was so peaceful and made for the perfect spot to relax, float on the water or just enjoy the view with a morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor space was great for unwinding in the evenings.Additionally, Kacy was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions extremely quickly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our getaway. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Rental!

If you are looking for a place for a family vacation, girls / boys time, really anything - this is it! Off the beaten path, which we loved! This is a quiet, well maintained area. Peaceful mornings & evenings by the water & days of playing in the water. The kayaks & paddle boat were wonderful fun for everyone. There is enough room in the house for everyone to be together, or be apart some. Kacy was fabulous to deal with & fixed a couple of issue very quickly for us. We had the best time & we will be back!!

Fabulous property

Eight adults & 4 kids 6 stayed here for a long weekend. We've stayed at vrbos about twice a yr for the last 6 yrs. This property is one of the best for location, view & outdoor amenities. The patio is wonderful with a gorgeous view. Geese & ducklings wandered along the shore. Kids enjoyed a little creek nearby. The grill was 2/3 usable but will need replacing soon. Lots of outdoor seating & large sofa inside, but the recliner doesn't recline. If you have more than 5 people, plan to use the kitchen island for dining. The actual table had 5 chairs-- 3 of them were wide rolling chairs that can't fit side by side. Comfy beds/sheets. The 1st day the bathtub filled w/ brown water, apparently a neighborhood problem. Kacy brought us a couple dozen gallons of bottled water. The 2nd day it had cleared up. There were electrical problems in the kitchen which will surely be addressed, but I feel should have been dealt with already bc this property is newly on the vrbo market. Bring your own ice if you have a large group-- no icemaker. The steps to loft are very steep and narrow. There are also three steps from the driveway to the front door with no handrail. And if you come at a time when the lake is high (the firepit was underwater), it is quite treacherous for "swimming." We had no sandy beach which was disappointing, but of course not the host's fault. Overall, a very nice stay & great property! We'd love to stay again when the lake level is down to normal.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved this property. So nice and quiet. Neighborhood is lovely and the people are very friendly. The beach front area was perfect for our kids and they loved using the kayaks and pedal boat.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house is incredibly spacious and clean, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The private beach, nestled in a quiet cove, was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the water.The home is well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, a spacious kitchen, and a covered back patio with a stunning view of the lake. The large backyard leading to the beach provided plenty of space for outdoor activities, and we loved having access to kayaks and a paddle boat.For those who enjoy staying active, the basketball area in the front was a great bonus. The peaceful surroundings and quiet neighbors made our stay even more enjoyable. This home is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we would definitely stay here again!
