Enjoy this newly updated, single-family, private waterfront home located on a tidal creek with beautiful Eastern views of the Chesapeake Bay. It’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking for rest and relaxation amidst a quiet, breath-taking residential location. Enjoy morning coffee from the deck or private pier while taking in the beautiful morning sunrises. Listen to the sounds of nature while you watch osprey, herons, and waterfowl feeding around you. Picnic on the lawn, barbecue on the deck, or sit around the fire pit. Try your hand catching crabs and fishing off the pier, or borrow the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the creek and nearby Bay. If walking is more your style, take a walk on the nearby South Island Trail and visit Matapeake Park Beach, the Blue Heron Golf Course, or Romancoke Pier. Stuck inside because of rain? Enjoy the water view while sitting in front of the electric fireplace putting together a jigsaw puzzle or reading a book from our small but growing library of Chesapeake Bay books. There’s so much to do at this property and within a short distance, you are bound to have an adventure.

The space
This one-story home has an open floor plan with views of No Name Creek and the Chesapeake Bay. There are two cozy bedrooms (one king-sized bed, one queen) and two full bathrooms. A pull out twin sofa is located in the living room. Above the fireplace is a Smart TV with free channels. You can access Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc. by logging in to these apps with your own log-in credentials. On the back deck you’ll find an outdoor sofa, chairs, dining table (for six), and a gas grill. Out by the water there’s a fire pit and Adirondack chairs for lounging in the evenings. There’s plenty of parking in the front and there is a fenced in backyard on the waterside of the property.

Waterfront
Guests assume own risks when in/on water. Lifejackets required when using kayaks and paddle boards.

Cameras
Guests acknowledge the presence of three (3) exterior cameras on the property. One security camera is located outside the front of the house, overlooking the driveway. Another security camera is out back, overlooking the water and pier. The Ring doorbell camera is located outside at the front door.
