Chalet #96 is part of the iconic Chalet on the Lake resort along the Lake Michigan shoreline. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath A-frame retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests and sits beside the resort’s scenic fishing pond, just a short walk from the pool, playground, and tennis courts. Guests enjoy access to sandy beaches, three pools, sports courts, playgrounds, ponds, and more, while the screened porch offers peaceful pond views throughout your stay.
The Space:
Chalet #96 blends classic A-frame charm with refreshed interiors and a relaxed pondside setting. The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating, warm wood accents, and sliding doors that lead directly to the screened porch overlooking the fishing pond. The kitchen and dining area are designed for easy vacation living, keeping meals, conversation, and gathering all within reach.
The screened porch becomes an extension of the living space, offering a peaceful place to unwind with views of the water and surrounding greenery just beyond the chalet.
Upstairs, the two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, making the layout well-suited for families, couples, or small groups traveling together.

Two dedicated parking spaces are included for easy arrivals and unloading. Please note that this home does not have a washer or dryer, though a nearby laundromat is available for guest use.

Please be aware that the Chalets are duplex style. This rental is for one half of the duplex and guests will share a wall with the occupant of the adjacent unit.
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
