Welcome to Residenz am Lech, your scenic escape into the beauty of the Lechtal Valley, right in the heart of the Austrian Alps, located 1,300 metres above sea level. This boutique-style property features four contemporary holiday apartments that blend luxurious amenities and everyday comforts with traditional Austrian charm.
The Lechtal Valley is world-renowned for its natural beauty and majestic landscape. The region is framed by the 'Lechtal' and 'AllgÀu Alps' mountain ranges, known for their imposing peaks, deep valleys, lush greenery, and crystal-clear mountain lakes.
Residenz am Lech is located at the end of the Lechtal in Tirol, near the exclusive Arlberg Ski Resort of Warth, Lech, Sankt Anton and ZĂŒrs. We are offering a retreat that exceeds the highest of expectations. In summer, it is a place for both relaxation and adventure; in winter, it is Europeâs snowiest ski area with 11 metres of snow per season.

It underwent renovation in 2024, which included a new kitchen, 2 updated bathrooms, and furnitureâan interior that seamlessly blends the classic Austrian mountain exterior with a luxurious, high-end finish, resulting in a symphony of modern luxury and rural charm.
Ideal for families and groups of friends, this apartment welcomes up to 6 sleeping guests in two double rooms and the convertible living room. Typical Austrian wood floors and wooden details on the walls are found throughout the apartment, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The separate kitchen with an eating corner offers modern necessities like a microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and everything you need for intimate dinners with your loved ones.
Once dinner is taken and itâs time to unwind, relax with a drink on the balcony or by lighting a fire in the living roomâs fireplace. The living room is finished in typical Austrian wood, like a traditional âStube,â which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy each other's company, watch TV, or plan your next adventure with the natural beauty of Lechtal right outside the windows.
As night falls, find your way to one of the two double bedrooms for a restful sleep. Both bedrooms feature generous storage, plush beds, and smart TVs. These bedrooms also feature en-suite bathrooms with separate toilets and showers, including complimentary shower gel and shampoo for utmost convenience. The couch in the living room can also be converted into a double bed, providing additional sleeping space if needed.
