Welcome to Residenz am Lech, your scenic escape into the beauty of the Lechtal Valley, right in the heart of the Austrian Alps, located 1,300 metres above sea level. This boutique-style property features four contemporary holiday apartments that blend luxurious amenities and everyday comforts with traditional Austrian charm.
The Lechtal Valley is world-renowned for its natural beauty and majestic landscape. The region is framed by the 'Lechtal' and 'AllgÀu Alps' mountain ranges, known for their imposing peaks, deep valleys, lush greenery, and crystal-clear mountain lakes.
Residenz am Lech is located at the end of the Lechtal in Tirol, near the exclusive Arlberg Ski Resort of Warth, Lech, Sankt Anton and ZĂŒrs. We are offering a retreat that exceeds the highest of expectations. In summer, it is a place for both relaxation and adventure; in winter, it is Europeâs snowiest ski area with 11 metres of snow per season.

This beautiful unit located on the second floor showcases a high-end, luxurious interior that complements the classic Austrian mountain exterior. This apartment underwent significant renovations in 2024, including a new kitchen, 2 upgraded bathrooms, and stylish new furniture, resulting in a blend of luxury and regional charm.
The apartment offers space for up to 4 guests: a comfortable double bedroom and a fold-out sofa bed in the living/dining area, which transforms into a cozy sleeping space at night. During the day, it blends seamlessly into the dining area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Features like typical Austrian wooded floors and wooden details perfectly reflect the warm and inviting atmosphere of Lechtal. The renovated kitchen features modern appliances, including a microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher, perfect for preparing intimate dinners to enjoy around the dining table in the convertible eat-corner.
Once dinner is taken and itâs time to relax, head out to the enormous balcony that wraps around the apartment. The balcony provides a perfect spot to look out over the valley with a blanket wrapped around you. If you would rather stay inside, have a drink and enjoy each otherâs company in the living room. Here, you can watch TV, socialize, or plan tomorrow's adventures before a good nightâs sleep waits.
When the evening comes to an end, the cozy bedroom and the flexible living/dining area ensure a restful sleep. The bedroom for two guests features an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower, generous storage space, a king-size bed, and a smart TV. The living/dining area, which serves as an inviting space to relax during the day, transforms into a comfortable sleeping area at night: the sofa bed converts into a cozy bed in just a few simple steps. Additionally, there is another renovated bathroom in the living area, perfectly complementing the flexibility of this studio apartment and providing maximum comfort. During the day, the sofa bed can be easily tucked away, allowing the space to function as both a living and dining area.
As dawn breaks, enjoy your coffee on the balcony overlooking the valley and the river Lech and watch the beautiful region come to lifeâa new day in paradise awaits.
