This boutique-style property features four contemporary holiday apartments that blend luxurious amenities and everyday comforts with traditional Austrian charm.
The Lechtal Valley is world-renowned for its natural beauty and majestic landscape. The region is framed by the 'Lechtal' and 'Allgäu Alps' mountain ranges, known for their imposing peaks, deep valleys, lush greenery, and crystal-clear mountain lakes.
Residenz am Lech is located at the end of the Lechtal in Tirol, near the exclusive Arlberg Ski Resort of Warth, Lech, Sankt Anton and Zürs. We are offering a retreat that exceeds the highest of expectations. In summer, it is a place for both relaxation and adventure; in winter, it is Europe’s snowiest ski area with 11 metres of snow per season.

This beautifully renovated apartment is on the second floor and offers an Alpine retreat for groups of up to 6 sleeping guests. It underwent extensive upgrades in 2024 and features a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and furniture—resulting in an interior that seamlessly complements the classic Austrian mountain exterior with modern luxury.
The typical Austrian wood floors and finishes throughout the apartment create an authentic and equally luxurious atmosphere. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with all appliances needed, including a microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher—everything you need to prepare intimate dinners with your loved ones enjoyed around the dining table.
After dinner, unwind sitting on the balcony with a blanket wrapped around you and a drink in hand. If you would rather stay inside, the cozy living room is perfect for enjoying each other’s company. Here, you can watch TV, plan tomorrow's excursions, or simply laugh the night away.
As the day draws to a close and it’s time for a restful night's sleep, the two bedrooms await. Both bedrooms feature generous storage, beds, smart TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with toilets and showers, as well as complimentary shower gel and shampoo. The living room doubles as an extra bedroom with a fold-out couch and provides an own third bathroom with shower for utmost convenience.
