The Space:

Welcome to Vista Viewhaus, a perfect mountain escape where comfort meets alpine beauty. Step into a bright, open layout that will make you feel right at home, with high ceilings that invite natural light to fill the room. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for every meal, whether you’re whipping up a cozy breakfast or a family dinner. With cups, plates, cookware, a toaster, and even a crockpot, everything you need is at your fingertips—including coffee to start each day. Gather around the dining table, which seats up to six, for meals, games, or late-night conversations in the glow of the fireplace.



In the cozy living room, sink into plush seating, turn on the gas fireplace, and relax with your favorite show on the Roku TV. Step outside to your private balcony, where a charming bistro table awaits for morning coffee or evening wine as the sun rises or sets over the mountains.



As you explore, you’ll find all the comforts of home. A hallway leads to the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays. The main level features two restful bedrooms: one with two twin beds and ample closet space, and the other with a queen bed and an expansive walk-in closet. The nearby bathroom, complete with a bathtub, offers a refreshing space to unwind after a day of adventures.



Upstairs, the loft space feels like your own private haven. A dedicated office is ready for remote work, while a second queen bed is nestled nearby with inspiring mountain views, perfect for restful nights. Another full bathroom with a bathtub provides added convenience and privacy for guests on both levels.



Located on the third floor, the condo offers breathtaking views, though please note there is no elevator access. There is a private ski locker located just outside of the unit for storing all of your gear. There is parking available for two vehicles, making it easy to come and go to explore all that this area has to offer. A 7 minute drive to downtown makes this location easy access to all Steamboat has to offer. The Free Steamboat bus ride is just 3 minutes to the base of the mountain, or a quick 10 minute walk to the gondola, you can be skiing in no time! The Shadow Run bus stop is less than a one-minute walk away for convenient, car-free access to local attractions and downtown.



This community features incredbily amenities, including two hot tubs and a seasonal pool that is open from memorial day to labor day weekend. This home away from home has everything that you need for your mountain adventure!
