Located within a five-minute walk of Steamboat Ski Resort and super-close to the nearby market and restaurants, this amazing family friendly home includes a complimentary shuttle that will take you downtown anytime you like, making this home the perfect union of comfort and convenience!

The well-equipped, full kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar. Dine together at the nearby table for six, and relax in the comfortable living area warmed by a gas fireplace and lit by a wall of windows. For outdoor dining or just a place to settle back with your morning coffee, there is also a private, covered balcony with a table and seating for four accessible from the living room and primary bedroom.

The main bedroom features an updated private bathroom. There are a queen bed and a set of twin bunks in the second bedroom, plus an updated full bathroom as well. You'll also have a sofa bed in the living area.

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an aprĂšs-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

We stayed in condo B203. We liked the condo's location and the pool/hot tub areas. We did not like the dim lighting in the unit, especially the kitchen - the overhead light was 20 watts at most. Also, the front door needs lubricating, it squeaked like a horror movie.

We skied at steamboat. Could walk to mountain. Cute complex with lights on pine trees. Festive. Friendly staff. Very easy check in and out. Nice hot tubs. Nice accommodations. Ski locker outside the door. Free shuttle to mountain and town. To mountain runs every 10-15 min. On demand to town. Would definitely stay here again. Met a couple who rent every year

Just as advertised

Honestly one of the nicest condos we have rented. Everything was as per the description. Very comfortable bedding (thank you), we’ll equipped, calphalon cookware and actually sharp knives! Walking distance to the gondola and can ski back even closer. Shuttle service is very helpful and don’t need a car. Hot tubs were HOT which was great after a day on the slopes. Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the following: - kitchen lighting is terrible. So poorly lit, makes it feel like you are prepping by the light of a flashlight. - One of the bedroom lamps was broken - The dishwasher has a lower tray that constantly rolls off the rail, and is so close to the drawer for the trash that you usually can’t open the door because the trash door hasn’t closed completely. - Toilet in the master would teeter when sitting on it. - Smoke detector dangling from wires in the hallway. - Shuttle service is very slow. While they will take you anywhere, when they say 15-20 min, expect more like 30 min. Still, cheaper than an Uber. - can hear neighbors upstairs, but not intrusive Overall though, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Perfect stay

Everything was great. The place was clean, the location was great, and the amenities we’re just what we had hoped for. As a bonus, they have one of the American leather sleeper sofas. That thing was extremely comfortable and better than any other sleeper on the market.

The property is 5-10 min walk to the gondola with shuttles to the gondola every 10 minutes if you dont want to walk. shuttles downtown by request. The condo was very clean and not worn down. Perfect for a large family. Multiple jacuzzi available.
