Storm Meadows is simply one of the best rental locations in Steamboat. Nothing compares to its location right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations.

Storm Meadows Townhouse 4 is a spacious, five bedroom, three and a half bathroom, three level, beautifully and recently remodeled (January 2025) modern mountain-style townhome, offering three king bedrooms, including the master en suite, plus two other bedrooms and full bathrooms, as well as a powder room. The entire unit was just repainted and has brand new flooring throughout. It features floor-to-ceiling windows with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area and is only steps away from the Storm Meadows pool, hot and gym. The breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area.

Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features the brand new full kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal and an electric grill on the deck!

Sit back and relax on the brand new leather sofa and warm up by the gas fireplace, watch a game tor show on the Large flat screen tv and take in the fantastic views.

Dine, drink or play a game at the dining table, which comfortably seats 6, perfect for a family or group. There are also 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Both are also a great place to set up a laptop. Combined with Xfinity High Speed WiFi, this makes Storm Meadows Townhouse 4 perfect for your remote working needs.

The main (middle) level has access to a deck with amazing views of the slopes and the NEW Electric Weber grill. It's perfect for relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain.

There is also a powder room and a very nice entry area with ample room for all of your winter attire on this level.

The five bedrooms are dispersed on the top and bottom levels. Upstairs are three bedrooms, including the master king en suite, where you can also enjoy the fantastic mountain views. It has a king sized bed, large flat screen tv, lots of storage and a beautiful bathroom with a walk in shower. It is on it’s part of the top level and offers privacy from the other two bedrooms upstairs.

The other two bedrooms are brand new and part of the recent remodel. The upstairs king bedroom is large and includes a flat screen TV, dresser and closet storage plus a bonus nook with a desk/hutch and chair and has slope views. The two twin room room has a flat screen TV a closet and valley and mountain views.

There is a beautiful, brand new full bathroom upstairs in the hallway with a walk in shower.

On the bottom level are the other two bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has two queen beds. Both have flat screens TV’s, dressers and closets, and feature access to the ski in/out deck and amazing mountain vistas.

There is full bathroom downstairs in the hallway with a tub shower combo.

The slope side lower level deck also has a secure ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!

There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level.

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Perfect Getaway!

We loved this property. It is great if you have multiple families because you can stay together and still have privacy. The views are incredible and it was just a short distance to town. Super easy checking in and out. Beds were comfortable and we loved the front entry to put sports equipment or skis in the winter. We would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed a week in this beautiful condo! Incredibly clean, decorated very nicely and the kitchen had everything needed with pans, small appliances and staple items. The ski in/out was right off the back porch. Awesome condo, will definitely return next season!

Steamboat Springs Townhouse 4

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Townhouse 4! This unit is very comfortable with plenty of seating around a very cozy fireplace. The dining area is perfect for eating. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Most of all the location and snow were amazing! The access to the ski slope is incredible and the view out the windows is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed watching the skiers coming down the mountain, especially for night skiing. The only complaint we had was that the kitchen was quite beat up and in need of some updating and new cooking accessories like pots/pans and knives. However, this did not prevent us from having a wonderful and very comfortable vacation. I would rate our stay a 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend this unit.

New Years trip in Steamboat Springs!

Property was just as described, very clean, well equipped, AMAZING views of the mountain from every room!! Shuttle was easy to use, ski out was quick, saw Elk from the living room window eating breakfast one snowy morning. Highly recommend! We had 4 grown ups and there was plenty of room and the placement of the bedrooms allowed some privacy and spacing - would be good for any age and any group! Loved it!
