Once you're in downtown Steamboat, park in the coveted heated underground garage, and head to the third level to find The Victoria Downtown. Enter on the main level of the condo and you'll be mesmerized by the views of downtown Steamboat and the world-famous Howelsen Hill, home to Steamboat's many Olympic athletes. The main level hosts a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, light & airy living room (with a Queen sofa bed), private deck with seating, in-home washer & dryer, and a powder room for guests. Go downstairs to the lower level of the condo and you'll find the King Primary Suite that's the perfect place to rest easy with hotel-style linens, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and a large ensuite bathroom. There's also a Queen Bedroom on this level with a full bathroom and flat screen TV. Both bedrooms boast mountain views that you'll love waking up to.

Additional amenities include two parking spaces in the garage, building elevator, remote check-in, hotel-style luxury linens, pull out couch in the living room, gas fireplace in the living room, gas grill on the main level deck, and an amazing location nestled amongst Steamboat's best restaurants & shops.

Lovely unit! High ceilings, great windows and view, very good dining room and kitchen; stylish, comfortable living room, etc. Nice walks. One quibble: spacious master bedroom could use reading lights beside or on the bed. Thank you for excellent help with sign-up and arrival. The shuttle was 20 minutes right to ski area. So convenient. Everyone loved it!

Lovely return to Steamboat Springs

This was our first trip back to Steamboat Springs since our last visit 14 years ago. My parents owned a home and we have several great memories of Steamboat, but since the sold it we needed to find a new place to call home for our visit. I know we wanted to be in town and we were bringing our mini bernadoodle, Lola with us so this property was the perfect fit. The parking and location were perfect for 4th of July weekend, we were even able to catch part of the ski jump competition from the balcony. We would definitely rent this property again upon our return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Well-appointed downtown condo

We enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed downtown condo for a ski weekend with two adult couples. The convenience of walking to meals was nice, and the covered reserved parking was ideal for our rental vehicle. The master bedroom and bathroom were especially roomy.

Fantastic location, very nice condo, well laid out. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were really nice. TWO balconies - was such a nice bonus! The Management Company was great to work with - very responsive whenever we called.

We had a great trip to Steamboat. The Victoria unit was in a great location with close access to the activities we had planned. However, we were a bit underwhelmed with the unit. It was not very clean upon arrival - trash under sink was overflowing and hadn't been emptied, black mold in master shower, floor under couch had not been vaccuumed, various dishes in the cabinets had food stuck to them. There was no vaccuum located in the unit either. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The communication process was very good and easy to check in and out.

Wonderful location and property

Our family had a wonderful stay. We truly enjoyed the high-end furnishings and spacious layout. The location was wonderful and the parking garage was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again! If I had one tiny complaint, it would be that the bedrooms backed to the alleyway and trash pick up was very early in the morning. Also, at 9:30 sharp each evening the restaurant below would dump a large quantity of glass bottles into the dumpster. It became kind of a funny joke! Overall, no big deal but worth noting.

Perfect in every way

The Victoria apartment was wonderful. The apt. is as lovely as it appears in the photos - very clean and nicely furnished, quiet, spacious, and the layout is excellent, with very comfortable common areas upstairs and beautiful bedrooms downstairs. The in-town location is perfect for walking to stores, restaurants and along the Yampa River, and it's an easy drive to the mountain. Steamboat Lodging the property manager, was excellent and shared lots of information before our trip about all that Steamboat has to offer. They were also very responsive to the extent we needed them for anything during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend the condo to others who are looking to stay at a wonderful place in town.
