To ensure everyone's safety and maintain the integrity of the condo, the fireplace will be non-operational during the summer months (May - October).

Having a car to navigate Steamboat is very helpful. However, there is also a Free Bus System available that will take you everywhere in and around town. The stop is located right across the street.



2 total parking spaces for regular-sized vehicles. 1 space inside the heated garage and 1 space just outside of the garage door.

The Sunray Meadows community is nestled perfectly near the Ski Resort and Downtown Steamboat Springs. In this local feeling complex, you will have access to nearby hiking, biking, and cross country trails.



Getting Around:

Steamboat's Free Shuttle will get you anywhere you want to go!



There is a stop located a mere 1 minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

Nestled in a quiet setting, you will discover that the relaxed vibe of this condo matches the relaxed vibes of Steamboat. No parties are allowed at this space. The Old Town Hot Springs are just 7 minutes away.
