An outdoor, furnished balcony is standard with all condos here, but you'll find that A104's is a bit bigger than most. Moreover, the views from here are some of the best in the complex! The well-equipped, full kitchen sits in an adjacent space next to the living room and comes with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Additionally, the dining area has a table for six, ideal for meals or family game nights. Guests will also enjoy on-site, resort-style amenities including a shared, heated pool, hot tub, and fitness room.

This condo is conveniently close to Steamboat Springs and Gondola Square for quick access up the mountain for the best skiing and snowboarding around. And summertime visitors will be just as active, with plenty of biking, hiking, and water recreation options. And any time of year is a good time to visit Old Town Hot Springs where you can soak away your cares, take a fitness class, or get a massage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
