When everyone returns home from a full day of fun, the living area is a great place to wind down and watch a movie on the TV as the fireplace flickers nearby. The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Million Dollar View!

We flew into Hayden and took the 30-minute shuttle over to Torian Plum. Condo #802 in the main building, on the top floor with a million-dollar view! It is a great ski-in/out unit. Just take the elevator down to the 1st floor and about 50 steps to the snow to snap into your skis and slide right down to the Wild Blue gondola. The unit has everything you need for a great stay! The Ski locker is right next to the front door. We will be back, highly highly recommend it!

Awesome Place - we’d stay here again for sure!

This is the nicest older place we’ve ever stayed at. Everything worked as it should in the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Skiing is 50 steps from the building with a couple of great places to eat nearby. There’s also a free shuttle to anywhere you want to go. Park the car and enjoy everything Steamboat has to offer! I think we’ll book for the same weekend next year!

wonderful condo

This is a comfortable, well-furnished condo on the 8th floor at the base of the mountain. We were there in the fall. It was very quiet. The location was convenient to town and hiking. My husband and I considered moving our lodging to town after our 3-night reservation, but we decided to extend our stay because the condo was so comfortable and we really enjoyed it. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. We didn't use the pool, but we did use the hot tub. It was clean, convenient and hot.

Fantastic ski in / ski out with a view!

We’ve done a few different ski in/ski out properties over the year and all have their benefits. To me this was the best location and I felt a very reasonable price. First off every person working at Torian Plum were super friendly and helped us with any questions immediately. The condo is a 2 bed/2bath with a sleeper sofa. It was well maintained and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We were there over Christmas so we had the added bonus of a front-row view of the fire works show. We also loved how incredibly convenient it was to come in for lunch every day and relax away from the crowded and pricey lodges on the mountain. I would absolutely rent this condo again.

Perfect location

We’ve been skiing at Steamboat for 17 years. Various ski in/ski out and various sizes. This was one of the best for location and amendities for a 2 bed/2bath. Well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub and heated pool...learned of the under ground tunnels on the last dat but the walk outside was not that bad. Will definitely go back. Thanks Janeth!

The condo is well furnished and very comfortable. We have stayed at the torian plum for 20 years

Unfortunately they are over developing Gondola Square. The hillside is covered with an Alpine Slide, putt putt golf and bike trails. The music blaring in the afternoons and evenings made it difficult to sit out on the porch. We've had 30 plus years of wonderful summer vacations in Ski Time Square. I think we need to look for someplace quieter. But if you want to be where the action is at, this condo is beautiful, the amenities are wonderful and there is definitely a lot of action going on

My family of 5 stayed here over spring break 2017, and it was AWESOME! The location you just can't beat. You are at the base of the mountain in the ski village and steps away from the gondola. Ski in/ski out. It was a pleasure being in the center of the ski village because everything we needed was right there. My 3 boys were able to just walk around on the village alone and go to the pool, which we have never been able to let them do alone. The condo was perfect. The view was unbeatable, and sitting on the balcony watching the Gondola and the skiers was priceless. Major bonus was having a washer and dryer in the unit. We had 5 people in the condo and it was very comfortable. Everything we needed was in there. It was very clean and well taken care of. Janeth was an absolute pleasure to work with, and responded to my questions and calls within minutes. Check in was a breeze. once we parked the car we never took it out again. We had a suburban and there was never an issue getting in the garage and there was always plenty of parking! Would highly recommend and would never consider staying anywhere else in steamboat. In the past we stayed at great places but not having to deal with the shuttle was a pleasure. I found the cost of the condo to be extremely reasonable and comparable to places that were not at the base of the mountain, so it was no contest for us. If you don't need the highest end appliances and furnishing but are looking for a nice, well kept up, clean condo for a family and the best location, with a view that honestly can't be beat, there is no need to look any further.

Second time to same condo, different season.

Our previous stay was in the summer....great condo for outdoor summer activities. We just stayed for Thanksgiving....and found it excellent for the slopes. Very convenient....walk right out to the lifts. When I was done for the day I was able to walk back, change, and make it back before the kids reached the bottom again. Pretty cool. The condo is well-furnished and great location. Read my previous review for other details, obviously we liked it as we came back to this unit. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal without issues....all necessary utensils, cookware, etc. Only downside in the condo building is the height restriction in the underground parking if you have a cargo box on your car. Parking garage under the building means a nice, dry garage with no snow, direct underground entry to the elevators, luggage carts, etc......a sweet deal. We have a Dodge Durango with Thule cargo box on top....would not fit with box attached. I did see a few cars with ski racks that did fit but our cargo box is taller than ski racks. Outside parking adjacent to the building is available. Still I give the place 5 stars, a great condo in a great location.
