Ce grand condo 1 chambre est situé dans Storm Meadows 1, juste à cÎté de la piste de ski Right-O-Way et à seulement 2 minutes à pied de Ski Time Square, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. L'unité a un lit King dans la chambre.

Ce condo de 500 pieds carrĂ©s dispose d'une cuisine complĂšte et est parfait pour un couple. Le mobilier met l'accent sur l'ambiance montagnarde combinĂ© avec des tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat sur le salon et la chambre. Le foyer au gaz confortable avec des pierres Ă©tonnantes ajoute Ă  l'atmosphĂšre relaxante de l'unitĂ©. Il y a un balcon juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon, oĂč vous pourrez dĂ©guster un verre de vin tout en admirant le paysage autour de vous.

The photos are lightened in the listing. The rooms are so dark that it’s almost like a dungeon. The bathroom light was so dim we joked it was like a gas station bathroom. The bedroom light was fluorescent and god awful. Bedroom only has one night stand. Bathroom caulk was black with mold. Broken patio chair. Muddy walk to the slopes. Fleece blanket on bed was tired and worn. Fridge was so loud you could hear it with bedroom door closed. The only thing louder was the bathroom fan that actually sounded like a jet engine. Shower head mounted so low that if you are taller than 5’3”, you have to bend down to get anything above the neck wet. Hot tub was so foamy it was concerning. On the positive side, shower water pressure was good and kitchen pans were good. Bed was adequate otherwise, terrible lodging.

Not As Advertised

This place was a dark dungeon of a dump. Not at all reminiscent of the photos online. The so-called ski-in/ski out location is actually a fair waking distance to the slope with multiple sets of stairs to navigate while carrying equipment and wearing ski boots. The formica laminate in the kitchen is peeling and the furniture smelled of too much Febreeze or similar odor eliminator. It’s a crime how much they charged for this place. I do not recommend.

The property was very tired. It was also very loud, walls are paper thin! The hot tub was not very appealing & foamed up excessively & either the hot tub or the excessive use of scented laundry detergent caused a rash on both sides of my torso. Just really felt it was way overpriced

Great Location

Great two person location for ski trip. No quite ski out, but definitely ski in. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and should you choose, the kitchen had what you needed to make meals happen. Good shuttle service for around the village.

Very good property. The ability to ski back is fantastic. The check in communications were a bit confusing, and we are very experienced VRBO customers. That said, the office was very accommodating. We had a great stay.

The condo was clean and a good size for 2 people. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. As others have stated there was not a hair dryer was available. The condo was hot during our stay and it did not have a fan. The condo patio is near the courtyard/hot tub area and was very noisy late into the night.

Ski In, Far Walk Out, But Comfy

Overall the unit was pretty nice, it looks like the picture. You can definitely ski in to the condo. It's a bit more difficult to ski out. there are two options to get to the slopes: 1) Can walk in the snow up the slight hill to get the ski slopes, about 300-500 yards 2) Can go down 2 more flights of stairs, cross alley, go down flight of stairs at Christy Club and climb up snow hill. Although there were a lot of stairs, this used less energy The bed was pretty comfy and the shower was hot. From the unit patio door we could see door to building and hot tub; people coming in were sometimes loud but not too bad. Other notes: * No hairdryer so i had to walk around with wet hair in 10F weather *Need curtains over bedroom blinds to block out light from outside lights *Info in unit has directions for cable but it’s DISH *No bathroom hooks The kitchen had lots of pots and pans. Only four plates so plan to run the dishwasher a lot. There was plenty of Tupperware but didn’t see foil/saran wrap. There were very few spices. This wasn't a problem for me as I brought everything i needed. We would not stay here again b/c of the difficulty to get to the slopes. With knee problems walking up hill or down lots of stairs was a bit hard for me.

Not as nice as pictured. Some issues along the way. But was ok.

Thanks for the toaster and the coffee machine, but a hair dryer would have been awesome. Master bed backs up to the ski and board storage locker made for some noisy AMs. Additionally decifering the 15 emails to know how to get into the property made for a difficult entry. None of that important info in the home away app for some reason. Lack of understanding staff at management company didn't help. The rest was livible for the price. But probably wouldn't stay there again.

Location was great, everything else was so so.....

Had we stayed earlier in the ski season when there was actually snow, it would have been ski in- ski out. Mid-March was not so much. It was more of 1/2 - 3/4 mile walk to the slopes, which was still nice for eating, shopping, hanging out in the village. The condo itself was very lacking in amenities. Everything was old, no HD on the TV (and most of the channels didn't work). The condo backed up to the ski lockers, so it was very noisy most of the time. Would only recommend when there is LOTS of snow as you are paying for location.

Pleasant, convenient 1BR condo

This was rented for a father and young son ski weekend. Nice location, 4th floor condo. Parking lot (permits provided for two cars) is above the building, one flight of stairs higher; ski-out location is a few flights below. You can ski out from the Right-O-Way beginner run. You can't realistically ski in but only have to walk 5 minutes to get there -- down 3-4 flights of stairs to the street, cross the street, walk left or right to the first gap in the building across the street and then down to the Christie III lift area. From there you can ride that lift if it is running, which is not often, or just ski down a few hundred yards and then side step or herringbone (or just walk) your way up a short slope to the Right-O-Way run which takes you to the base area lifts and gondola. Good modern appliances. Kitchen stocked with utensils, cookware, appliances (microwave, oven, stove, fridge, coffeemaker -- but no coffee grinder so bring ground coffee) and other kitchen stuff (including useful things like ziploc bags and clingwrap). Designed only to sleep 2; sofa is not a pullout. Bathroom is on the small side but is fine. Everything was clean and tidy, the king sized bed is very comfortable and the dressers have plenty of room. Nice to have a fireplace, which helps with drying wet gear if you don't have a boot/glove dryer. Convenient dedicated ski locker located in the hall between the condo and outside. Overall condo is not high-end but is pleasant, convenient and useful. Outdoor hot tub is one flight down, was not crowded. 10 minute walk to the base area amenities. No condo-sponsored shuttle, but we were fine driving if we needed to go somewhere away from a bus line. parking lot can get a little tight on spaces though -- on one evening we returned from dinner and had to park in the very last pace way on the far side of the lot, and if you don't get a space you are kind of out of luck because there is no street parking anywhere nearby. But the good news is that with free bus options, you can get to most places in the resort area and the town without issue. Good rental if it's just two of you!
