When everyone returns from their adventures, the group's chef can hop into the kitchen and efficiently prepare meals with the modern appliances. Sit at the breakfast bar and reminisce about the day's activities! On warmer evenings, take a glass of wine to the balcony and look out over the Yampa Valley as the sun goes down. When it is time to settle down for the night, everyone will love gathering on the comfy couch while a movie plays on the TV. Pack-N-Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express, and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has a heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, a fitness center, grills, and on-site underground parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Things to Know
No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
