Welcome to the Pines 302D. This top-floor, 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom condo has amazing views of the Steamboat Ski Area from the balcony and bedrooms! Sip your morning coffee or afternoon beverage from the deck and check the conditions on the hill. The condo is on the top floor, so you have vaulted ceilings and no worries about anyone above you stomping around in ski boots. Enter the condo to a small bench for taking off your boots and proceed to the nicely remodeled kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals or heat up some takeout from one of Steamboat's great restaurants, including the Ore House at the Pine Grove which is just a short walk away. The living area has a cozy gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings for lounging after a day on the slopes. There is also a dining table with plenty of seating for everyone to eat a meal or to play cards. The condo has free Wi-Fi and a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy 2 parking spaces in the lot.

Back the hallway you will find both bedrooms, bathrooms and the full size laundry room. All bedrooms and sleeping areas have their own TV. The main bedroom has a King bed, high ceilings and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the full bathroom in the hallway. Up in the loft you will find two twin XL beds. We can make this into a King bed upon request before arrival. Please note, the loft area is open to the living room below and due to the nature of the loft, it is probably not suitable for young children, but great for older kids, teens and adults.

The Pines is a quiet condo community conveniently located between the mountain area and downtown. You are close to both major grocery stores (City Market & Safeway), WalMart, and many shopping and dining options. There is a free Steamboat City Bus Stop located at the end of the property and is great for hopping on and heading up to the ski area or downtown. The property also has two common area hot tubs for restoring those tired muscles after an epic day of winter adventures. Book your Steamboat winter getaway to the Pines today.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

My family needed a mountain getaway, and we found this property to be the best suited for our needs. This cozy property was well maintained, the kids LOVED the loft, and every couple had their privacy while also sharing meals together and watching March Madness. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location with shopping within walking distance and of course we had to check out the hot springs! Would love to return to this property again in the future. Additionally, property management was SO accomodating at the end to let us extend our checkout time given our slow-moving group in the morning - Much Appreciated!

Great stay in Steamboat for ski vacation

Family stay for a week of skiing at Steamboat. This was a great location, in between the resort and the town. The ease of the bus was great to the resort. Two bus lines, red and blue, that came approximately every seven minutes. Short walk to the bus stop from the condo. We never had to deal with parking at the resort. Huge bonus. Walkable to grocery store and a few other shops for quick items.Condo was reasonably spacious, loft area was perfect. Clean and as advertised.We use the shared hot tubs twice, usually, one wasn’t heated, but the other one was. Not too crowded, but did have to share a few times.Overall, a great stay, would return.

Right on the bus line to Steamboat

This was a nice little place, very comfortable, with a bus-stop to Steamboat very close by, at the edge of the parking lot. Bus came every 7 min or so and was a very quick ride to the mountain. It was also convenient that a grocery store was super close - a 3 min walk. There were two community hot tubs just around the corner from the unit which were well maintained, which we appreciated. The only downside to this unit is that there is no elevator, so you must carry your gear up/down stairs upon arrival/departure.

Well appointed and nice stay

Didn't try the shuttle, but saw it nearby. It faces the back of a shopping plaza, but that's also super convenient to just walk over for most anything you'd need. Only listed 4 on communications with prop mgr as the inquiries I made about early check in or extending stay went unanswered (might have been because I did so by text rather than calling).

Great Central Location

We booked this place after another told us they overbooked. Great price. Located within walking distance of grocery shopping. 5 minutes from downtown and a 5 minute drive to the parking lots at the base of the mountain. Beds were com-fee and the condo was well furnished. You can grab the bus to the mountain at the entrance of the parking lot. Would recommend this place to a friend.

Amazing condo and view

We had an amazing time in Steamboat Springs. The condo is clean and was perfect for our group. The view out the balcony is gorgeous. The condo is close to everything - we even walked over to get bagels one morning. The bus system was great and so easy to use to get back and forth from the ski base. I highly recommend staying here and hope we get a chance to again soon.
