Gondola Getaway - true ski in ski out living at the Steamboat Resort gondola base area. Gondola Getaway is a privately owned condo within the Sheraton Resort Village, a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in an epic location! Your stay will include access to the following amenities of the hotel; an underground parking spot, heated pool, hot tubs, ski storage, fitness center and restaurants. Take the elevator down to your own private ski storage, grab your skis and walk over to the Gondola! ***GUESTS STAYING IN THIS CONDO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE FRONT DESK****

This unique 2 bedroom condo has two floors. The spacious main floor living area is well appointed with a comfortable sectional sofa, flat screen TV and a Bose surround sound system. After a day of winter activities, the stacked stone gas fireplace will take the chill off. The dining room features seating for 6 at the table plus a 3 stool breakfast bar looking into efficient, well stocked kitchen. The large living room windows let in plenty of natural light and feature a view of Steamboat's iconic Sleeping Giant mountain (sorry, no view of the slopes). The balcony is accessible year round, with outdoor table and chairs to take in the views of Sleeping Giant and the clean, mountain air. When you are ready for aprés ski, enjoy your favorite libations at your own wet bar.

Head up the stairs for the sleeping spaces. Bedroom 1 has two queen beds and a full bathroom en suite. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and is directly across the second full bathroom. The sectional sofa in the living room features a pull out bed for additional sleeping options. Full bathroom number 3 is located back down on the main floor.

Gondola Getaway isn't just for winter! Located in the Sheraton Resort Village puts you right in the middle of everything a Steamboat Springs summer has to offer, Burgess Creek Beach, the base area Adventure Zone, the bike park, restaurants and a quick trip to downtown whenever you want. Enjoy the AC provided in our condo, a rarity here in the mountains.

Underground garage parking for 1 vehicle, height restriction is 7 Feet tall in the garage. If you have a vehicle over 7 feet tall, there is a surface lot to park in. 1 parking pass will be inside the unit. Please display the parking pass provided inside the unit.

Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

The location of this condo can’t be beat — it’s close to everything and very convenient. The unit is spacious and has potential, but it needs updates and general maintenance.Some issues we encountered: the pull-out cabinet for the garbage was nearly impossible to open; the main bedroom windows had no screens (an issue since there was no AC the first night); and the master had a tiny end table with no plug-ins on one side, unlike the photo. The correct table was oddly across the room. Both beds in the second bedroom had sharp metal pieces sticking out — a safety hazard. Also, the bedding throughout felt old and not very clean.The biggest issue was the management company. One bedroom’s AC never worked (the other was fixed on day 2), and the power strip in the master failed, so we couldn’t use necessary devices. While they were responsive and sent people quickly, they didn’t follow up or explain what was done. Someone even unplugged our things and didn’t inform us the outlet was controlled by a wall switch.They did leave fans, which helped. We asked for a 20% discount and were granted one, but it applied only to the nightly rate — so the refund ended up being closer to 12%.Overall, we were disappointed — mostly due to the management company’s lack of communication and follow-through. With better service and a little care, this could be a great stay.

Great Condo in a Perfect Location!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo — it was truly ski-in/ski-out, which made hitting the slopes with our three young kids so easy and convenient. The unit was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed to cook meals and relax after a day in the snow. It was the perfect size for our family of five. One thing that really stood out was how quiet the condo was — we all slept great! Communication with the property manager was quick and easy; all our questions were answered promptly. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic property and experience

Great property and location is excellent - you walk right out onto the slopes. Downside is that you can't get any help from the Sheraton staff as this is a condo and not part of the vacation club. this was a little frustrating as you have to call the property managers each time you have a question or need assistance. However, the property managers are very responsive and delightful to work with so once you understand the system it is fine. Also note that you will not have access to all the hot tub facilities as some are reserved for the vacation club and not the condo's. There is a ski locker which is awesome to have. Overall an amazing experience, great condo, best location on the mountain

Nice condo, great location

Somewhat updated condo, perfect location ski in ski out. Get to enjoy the amenities of being in the Sheraton building. Check in could use improvement. Emailed the management company earlier in the day to ask about check in, as sometimes they will offer earlier check in if it had been vacant. Got an email back about needing reading the guestbook and IF its ready any earlier I'll be notified. Well we gave them an extra hour, get there at 5pm with 3 kids about to lose their minds from traveling, and theres no key in the offsite lockbock. Dig through emails to find the contact, call one person that seemed to not find my reservation for a while. Finally after half hour of waiting, someone brought us a key. The rest of the trip was fine .

Condo was in a great location at the base of the mountain. Walk out and get on the lifts and gondolas. Hotel amenities (restaurants) were greatly appreciated. Four seasons has excellent customer service and will step by step walk you through planning your trip. They suggested restaurants, drivers, sent links, etc. So helpful!

We had a great stay this summer. It was really hot this week so it was great to have a place with central AC right at the mountain. The property is really clean and the separation of having the bedrooms upstairs and the living area downstairs was great (and quiet). Also really nice having access to the Sheraton hotel amenities and parking at the mountain. Overall as really nice place to stay at Steamboat.
