Descendez sur les pistes de la station de ski de Steamboat avec un accĂšs facile Ă  la navette Ă  arrĂȘts multiples de Steamboat qui vous emmĂšnera directement sur les pistes. Pas besoin d'organiser le transport n'importe oĂč en ville avec un accĂšs Ă  pied facile Ă  Howelsen Hill, bars, restaurants et plus encore. Vous ĂȘtes au cƓur de toute l'action. Prenez Ă©galement un bain Ă  Old Town Hot Springs aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de ski.

Ce condo a récemment été mis à jour afin de nouveaux comptoirs, planchers de bois franc, meubles et plus encore.

Profitez d'un canapé-lit queen-size confortable et d'une causeuse. Nous avons également récemment installé un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat de 47 pouces. Il y a un coin de rangement pratique idéal pour ranger l'équipement de sport.
CUISINE ET SALLE À MANGER
Il s'agit d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, équipée de comptoirs en granit nouvellement installés, d'un dosseret de carreaux de métro et d'appareils de qualité.
Quand il est temps de manger, de dßner à table pour quatre ou de s'asseoir au bar du petit déjeuner pour trois.
CHAMBRES ET BAINS
Ce condo au rez-de-chaussée peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes entre les deux chambres et un canapé-lit dans le salon.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm. La salle de bain (partagée avec la deuxiÚme chambre) a une vanité en granit et une combinaison baignoire / douche.
La deuxiÚme chambre est équipée d'un lit superposé double, d'un lit gigogne double et d'une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm.

The unit was clean and tidy, no issues. The location is great for walking around downtown and it’s in the heart of the restaurant and bar district. The unit would be even better if it had a digital thermostat and some USB charging ports. We would definitely stay there again.

Disappointed

Property location is in great place once bus transportation system figured out.However, the owners were not very prompt with responses to issues. Had difficulty getting into the property and issues with the TV were not responded to until the next day.The main bedroom advertised as having a TV had the majority of the stations in Spanish. There was no solution by the owners how to rectify this problem. Therefore, the TV was barely usable in the bedroom. Additionally, amenities such as vacuum in very poor condition. Like the location but will not be staying here in the future especially considering the premium price charged.

Perfect location

My family stayed at the property for our ski trip to Steamboat. We have never stayed downtown before. It was great being able to walk to all the downtown restaurants. We loved having the private off street parking. The condo fit all of our needs. We had everything we needed during our stay. The bus to the slopes is just a couple blocks away and was about a 10 minute ride to the slopes and back. The only issue is the noise from the bar across the street. It can be loud at night but was never an issue with us. Light sleepers may have trouble with the noise. We loved this property.

Great location but can be loud.

Loved the bus route on the express to and from the resort within a few walking minutes to the bus pickup. Corner location for great views of Howelsen Ski Hill and 8th street. Love not having to drive anywhere and parking spot was right outside the walkway in viewing distance. We stayed during the week and the noise was very loud a couple of nights from across the street from the irish bar O'neills. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the best choice, especially if considering a weekend. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Tiny crockpot.

This unit is very comfortable and extremely convenient. You could not be more centrally located here. The condo is in the center of restaurants and bars. The farmers market is right outside the door on Saturdays.

Location has it's +/-'s

First, the downtown location cannot be beat. The ski bus stop is a minute walk, and the entire town is walkable. If you don't want to walk the 10 mins to the market or old town hot springs, just hop on the bus. The SST Express bus gets you to the resort in 7 mins. It's the most convenient ski town there is if you don't have a car. The location of the unit, however, means is it right across the street from like 5 (big) bars and restaurants. So it can be (was) loud for us. Like until 2am Friday night. Also the trash removal service seems to come VERY early in the morning (most days it seems). We were fine with it but if you're looking for a quiet place at night, this unit is not it. It's also on the ground floor: which is a plus for walking with ski boots on, but a minus when it comes to noise. Beds were comfortable, place was clean. NOTE: there is no fireplace, which is incorrect in the listing. Kitchen was minimally stocked (such as no foil, saran wrap, and almost no plastic containers etc). There was a Keurig. Plenty of towels/toilet paper which was nice. If you are a light sleeper, the unit is fine, just bring ear plugs, as both bedrooms face the bars. Overall excellent stay.

Ski stay in Steamboat Springs.

The unit was as advertised, newly renovated and quite comfortable. The location was right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. If our travels takes us to that part of the country again, we will definitely stay in that unit again!

Great condo in Steamboat!

This condo is wonderful! We loved all the provided amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee pods to name just a few of them) and found the kitchen to be more then adequately stocked with cooking utensils and dishes for our family of four (and we cooked simple meals every night after long days spent riding on the slopes!). The place was clean and we appreciated the supplied boot trays for wet boots and the “gear garage” area for stashing snow equipment! The location is great for walking around town and to shops and food, but it is a little loud as there is a bar right across the street (though admittedly, this may be a bonus for those who wish to partake in the nightlife!). Would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation!

Location location location

We were in town for a gravel bike race. Staying downtown had us steps from the finish line and also the Saturday Farmers market. Easy walk to the pool and all else Steamboat has to offer. It was an unusually hot weekend which required windows open. This created some loud evenings with restaurants and mornings with garbage trucks! All part of the downtown ambiance.

Great location

Great downtown location, clean, good communication. Took a star off for the amenities it's lacking. There's no iron because they've never had a request for one. Kitchen is very sparse. 3 water glasses, not a lot to cook with. 2 washcloths in the bathroom. Blowdryer is terrible.

Great ski trip with a few hiccups

The VRBO location was good....would be even greater in summer. The unit is as presented. One bedroom with double bed and one with bunk beds only. Nice for a family with two kids. A temperamental electronic lock became very frustrating. And, we had one day without water until evening due to a building plumbing issue.
