The Space:
Welcome to your perfect Steamboat Springs retreat! This first-level, beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bath condo at The Rockies offers an inviting open layout that’s ideal for both families and groups of friends. This ski condo features a private, 5-person ski locker with boot dryers in the heart of the Steamboat ski base where you can keep all of your gear! Drop your skis and boots at the beginning of your trip, then when you're ready to hit the slopes or just enjoy the village, make the easy 500 yard walk to the base, or hop the free city bus in your comfortable shoes.

Inside, you’ll be greeted by a bright and spacious living area where the kitchen, dining, and living room seamlessly blend together in the open floor plan. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook and entertain. The dining table comfortably seats six, with additional seating at the bar for casual mornings or late-night snacks.

The cozy living room is centered around a plush sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, a large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a gas fireplace to warm up beside during the snowy months. Step out onto your private balcony to sip coffee in the morning or unwind with a drink after a long day of adventure.

Down the hallway, you’ll find the secondary bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, smart TV, and a spacious closet. Just across the hall is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. At the end of the hallway, the primary bedroom is a true retreat, offering a king bed, another smart TV, and a full private bathroom with a tub to soak in after a day on the mountain.

Large windows throughout the condo let in the natural mountain light, and thoughtful touches like soft towels, cozy linens, coffee, and bath amenities, including hair dryers, are all provided to make your stay seamless and relaxing from the moment you arrive.

During your visit, you have access to community amenities like the heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, grill stations, laundry facilities, and a volleyball court—perfect for summer or après-ski fun. This condo also has an on-site ski locker right outside the condo door where you can store gear or make use of the provided sleds and snowshoes in the winter.

One parking space is included, and the free city bus stops right across the lot for easy access to the mountain, grocery store, and downtown during the winter months. Like most mountain homes, the condo does not have air conditioning, as it is usually not needed, but fans are provided to draw in the cool alpine breeze on summer evenings.

This condo truly offers a welcoming and comfortable home base for exploring all that Steamboat Springs has to offer—whether you're carving fresh tracks on the slopes, hiking the surrounding peaks, or simply relaxing with loved ones in the heart of Colorado’s most charming mountain town.
