Pool & Hot Tub - Creek out Back - Spacious Multi-level home - Close to Ski Area

Welcome to peace and serenity at Waterstone Townhome #26. This 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom townhome boasts 3 levels of spacious comfort along Burgess Creek. This is an end-unit townhome so you get extra light and windows. The home is just over 2500 square feet and boasts a private garage and deck overlooking the creek. Imagine ending your day relaxing while you hear the sounds of the creek babbling by. The main level is an open concept layout with gourmet kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and dining area with room for everyone.

On the main level you will find a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom with sleeper sofa and Large Smart TV. On the upper level you will find the main bedroom with King bed and large ensuite bathroom with walk-in steam shower, jetted tub and large vanity. On the lower level you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, laundry room and 3 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a Queen bed and two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. Each bedroom downstairs has its own attached full bathroom. There is a large laundry room with full size washer & dryer on the lower level as well.

Waterstone Townhomes is a quiet townhome community located along Burgess Creek near the base of the Ski Area. The community boasts an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, both open year-round (the HOA sometimes has short closures during late April and again in Oct/Nov). During the ski season, there is an on-call shuttle that picks up at the townhome and whisks you away to the ski area, downtown, grocery store or wherever you'd like to go. During the summer, enjoy the convenient location along the walking/biking path that leads up to the base of the ski area and around the mountain community.

Parking: The home has a private one car garage and space outside the garage for another vehicle. The community has a few first-come, first-served spaces for overflow parking. No trailers allowed.

We really enjoyed our week in this condo. We had a group of 10 adultsThe location was great. It was walkable to the slopes and a cute market/cafe and a christy sports and there was also a convenient shuttle that came by every 10 minutes to take you to the mountain. The shuttle was also available on call through an app to take us to and from the town. The condo was also right next door to the hot tub and pool. There was also a really nice walking path that started behind the unit and went along the creek and around the area.The condo was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.We cooked all our meals in the condo and were happy with the kitchen supplies. There is an outdoor grill that is connected to the gas line.The common space (kitchen, bar, living room and dining room) were very comfortable and we had lots of fun there. Having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms helped our large group also have enough space and quiet time if needed.The management was very responsive via text starting before the trip and then during the trip.I highly recommend this condo, especially for a large group.

The property was perfect. We were in Steamboat for my son's wedding at the STARS camp. The location plus the size of the townhouse was just what we needed. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which made it easy to get dressed for the celebrations. The pool was heavenly after 4 days of Steamboat Springs fun. Thank you.

Great location and our family had a wonderful time. Unit is adjacent to the pool and the pool is expertly maintained. Great gas grill and we cooked most nights. Nice beds and adequate kitchen. Steamboat can be warm in the summer and the unit does not have sunshades on the main level or air conditioning. You will need to set up fans and open windows to cool the unit off to below 80 degrees by 8pm.

Beautifully decorated townhome in a quiet community on the outskirt of Steamboat. The master bedroom is amazing with a very comfortable king bed. Overhead fan and big windows made this room a very comfortable place to sleep.comfortable

Great stay for a group of 10 adults

We were very comfortable in this townhome. It was very clean, well stocked, great amenities (pool is right next door), and the host was communicative and very helpful. Only suggestion is to have fans in the bedrooms on the upper floor and main floor since the house doesn't have AC. But by night time those rooms were comfortable, so really not a dealbreaker and still recommend the house!

The Waterstone Townhome was very comfortable for our group of 10. The main living area, dining room, entryway & kitchen were spacious & conducive to gathering. We loved the deck over-looking the pond. We had an end unit next to the pool which was very convenient.

LOVED this property and everything about it!

This place was amazing! The location is amazing - Directly next to the pool & hot tub, 5-10 minute walk to the gondola base and restaurants/play area, 10 minutes to town (it feels shorter) and more spacious the than the pictures appear. We would stay here again in a heart beat. The communication with management was also prompt, clear and kind <3

Great Place As Advertised

I've stayed in Steamboat many times and especially enjoyed this unit. Attractive. Spacious. Well-stocked. Overlooking pool/hot tub (so that you can see when it is empty) as well as a stream. Master bedroom includes a really nice steam shower. Communication with the host was excellent, as was the private shuttle to the mountain. We had a great time and will surely book again.

You can’t beat this location, and the house is spacious, super clean and well appointed with everything you could ever need. You are right next to the pool and hot tub and there is a shuttle to/from the resort.

Fantastic Condo In The Perfect Location

The condo was fantastic. It was spacious and with all the amenities you could ask for. The location was perfect - short walk to the base of the mountain and to the market, restaurants and bars. The shuttle was perfect and we never waited more than 10 minutes to get to or back from downtown. I highly recommend this place.

Family Ski Trip to Steam Boat

The accommodation were excellent for our family of 6. The finishes in this home are excellent. It was wonderful to have an En Suite Bathroom for every bedroom. The location was ideal with a stream running through the back yard and having the pool and hot tub right there too. We would definitely consider this home away from home for our next family ski trip.

We traveled with a large group of friends, we've been going on a big ski trip every year for many many years. We loved everything about this place, it stands out as one of the best rentals we've had on any of our trips. Highly recommend if traveling in a larger group!

Perfect for a large family ski vacation

Our family of 10, including 5 kids ages 2-9, loved our stay! The property was beautiful with a complete kitchen and bedrooms able to accommodate adults and kids. Super easy check in. We had wondered how we would get to the base but it was SO EASY! The shuttle stops right outside the door and is incredibly convenient. Enough parking for 3 vehicles. Thanks so much for your hospitality. We hope to return next year.

Great Place for Ski Weekend

Was a great place to get away with friends for a ski weekend. Close enough to walk to the gondola (~10 min walk) and the shuttle is a nice plus as well for going downtown. All of the bedrooms / bathrooms were equipped well and the kitchen had a nice array of cooking equipment so it didn't feel like we were missing anything.
