Other Things to Note:

While we do our best to ensure that all amenities are available during your stay, there may be times when they are unavailable due to maintenance, unforeseen closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. These shared amenities are managed by the Homeowners Association and as such, their availability is not something we can guarantee 100% of the time.



Firewood is not provided, however, most local stores will have bundles available for purchase.



The community hot tubs are closed from April 17 - May 25th during the spring and September 30th - November 27th in the fall (dates may vary, please reach out).

Distance to the free bus stop: 3 minute walk



Distance to Downtown: 4 minute drive or 1.4 miles



Distance to Hot Springs: 21 minutes or 8.7 miles
