One of a kind luxury condo at the center of our historic downtown Steamboat Springs, on the Yampa River at 7th & Yampa Street. This exceptional new build has 4 bedroom/2.5 bathrooms and is in one of the most sought after locations. Just outside the property you will find premier dining, one-of-a-kind shopping, the Yampa River and Core Trail, and the seasonal Farmer's Market. It’s a very modern building that feels like IKEA built it. So, while it is nice, it’s small, almost too efficient and didn’t feel made that well. The screaming missing things were basic shades in the master bedroom. So you have no choice other than to get up with the sun! Also, the parking is ONLY for smaller cars - large family SUV’s won’t really fit easily. Really sucked that the only elevator wasn’t working for our large luggage - was told that’s the homeowners association issue? ALS, the stove top is literally THE most complicated range I’ve ever experienced. Even the YouTube the owners recommend was dated and not specific to the actual unit in the place. Spent hours trying to figure out how to cook an egg! It IS nice and very well located, but these drawback were tangible and affected our time there every day. That’s not why you go on vaca!

Best place in Steamboat

We have stayed in Steamboat 10 times at different locations. This property was the nicest and the best location. Middle of downtown for restaurants, shopping etc, 5 min walk to bus for ski lift, on the river for views, hot tub on porch and a new property. Many other properties looked good in photos but were really old. This one is exactly like the pictures. The owner is also amazing and was very helpful and responsive. It is a bit expensive but worth it.

What a Spot

This place is incredible. The house is nice and new. Location is A++! I had a question and called Coleman (Property Manager) after 8 PM one night - and he picked up the phone on the first try. Walked me through a couple of things and was very professional. First Class Service. If you need a 4 Bedroom spot in Downtown, this is the place. Thanks for everything, Josh

convenience and luxury in downtown steamboat

Great stay in downtown Steamboat. The place felt luxurious and the hot tub on the porch was easy to use and ready to go at all times. Downtown did have a little noise at night but is to be expected for the location. Would stay again and recommend for anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay with easy access to downtown.

Ideal Location. Great Deck

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Hearing the Yampa River from the rooms that faced South was amazing. Back deck with hot tub and awning was spectacular. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with items like cooking spray and olive oil. That was very thoughtful. Renters should be aware the layout of the bathrooms is odd. The upstairs bedroom on the third floor can either enter the master bedroom and use that bathroom or go downstairs to use the one full and one half on the main floor. The largest problem we had was with the oversized and poorly designed 8 kitchen table chairs. They have rocking chair like legs that extend out behind the seat backs and everyone stubbed their feet on them--including the primary renter who ended up injured enough that it prevented completing a long hike. Those chairs need to be replaced. House manager gave wrong info about overnight parking which was readily available on the street by unit. In winter that's not allowed which is true.

Epic Condo!

This place is over the top. Location is incredible. Walking distance to anything worth doing in downtown Steamboat. Incredibly well appointed and stocked with dishes, glassware, top notch appliances and the hot tub was GREAT! Finishes and views are stunning. Really can't imagine how you could do better than this unit for 4-8 people. I will be returning in the summer for sure.

Beautiful and upmarket town-home that made for a perfect family birthday weekend. The hot-tub and deck over-looking the Yampa River can’t be beat. On top of that, we could walk to shops, restaurants and activities.

We absolutely loved our stay in downtown Steamboat. The accommodations were incredible - fully stocked with every convenience you could need, very clean and well maintained along with beautiful views to boot! Great communication from the owner as well. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.
