Great 1-bedroom place to stay in Steamboat during the off season. Owner/manager was exceptionally flexible with my last-minute rental. The condo has all the amenities you would expect for a condo in a prime vacation location.

The condo was clean and in a great location. Perfect for just 2 people. It was awesome that they already had the roku in place as well as an air fryer handy. Would stay again. The air conditioner in the bedroom is loud if not use to sleeping with a noise machine but it kept the room very comfortable temperature wise.

Overall it was good. It was clean and very comfortable. The only thing that I struggled with was the AC in the room. It was loud. I am not use to having that. We just turned it off at night.

Ideal for budget

Host was responsive, easy to communicate with, and it difficult. Place was clean and close to the mountain for skiing, bus picks you up right outside the apartment! Only negative experience I would add is the WiFi as it was spotty (Verizon cell service also wasn’t great so WiFi being spotty wasn’t ideal). Overall had a great experience here for the price we paid and I would stay here again!

Check in was great - owners sent a text w pictures of where to park & the door code box was easy to use. The condo was clean and just as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen has nice dishes, pans, a keurig, and an air fryer - you'll need to bring your own oil & seasonings. The hot tub was close by & perfect after skiing! Thanks!

Perfect home base for your mountain adventure

This condo isn’t fancy, but has absolutely everything you need to enjoy a wonderful trip to Steamboat Springs. Lots of nice and thoughtful touches like USB ports on the bedside tables, robes to use at the nearby hot tub, stocked with coffee pods, nice in unit laundry just to name a few. The unit was nice, clean, and comfy while we were in it. I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.

Recently stayed here for a snowboarding trip, 10/10 would recommend! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. My wife and I recently stayed at the property for a weekend get-away. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and offered a clean, quiet lodging option that was close to downtown and local hiking. The pool and hot tub are within steps of the unit and were great for relaxing after a day of hiking.

Just what we needed

This property was everything that we needed during our Steamboat Springs stay! Close to town but far enough away. We had more space than we thought. It stayed nice and cool during the Summer due to the sun blocking shades and fan. It had great bonus items such as Keurig was a very nice addition.

Great stay in Steamboat

We had a wonderful stay in Steamboat. We were there for the skiing and the shuttle picked us up right next to the parking lot. Communication with Ross was great, he made a few accommodations for us which we appreciated. The condo was newly renovated, with all new appliances. The kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was right outside our door.
