Welcome to Lupine Lodge, a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo nestled within the picturesque Trailhead Lodge in Steamboat Springs. The epitome of mountain luxury and comfort, our inviting condo offers a serene haven for your Rocky Mountain retreat.

Interior Features
Upon entering Lupine Lodge, you'll be greeted by an inviting and spacious open-concept living area, adorned with rustic yet modern mountain decor. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly winter evenings, while large windows frame stunning views of the surrounding Yampa Valley. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that's been super-sized, providing seating for 6, making it a delightful space for dining on gourmet meals or simply enjoying a morning coffee. Please note, the owners upgraded the island bar top to be the dining table, and added additional living room seating instead of a separate dining table. The two well-appointed bedrooms offer a peaceful night's sleep after your outdoor adventures. The primary suite features a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed as well with a second en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning and a washer and dryer in the unit are added convenience features at Lupine Lodge.

This property is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this condo is located in a building with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

Check in directly at the Trailhead Lodge front desk to receive your key cards, one parking permit, and a welcome envelope. 1 car allowed in a parking garage, spots are not assigned. No Trailers or RV's allowed! Kindly display the parking pass on your dashboard. Max garage height 8' 6"​​​​​​​.

The Four Seasons Steamboat Difference

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Nice property, wrong time of year

Property was as stated online- clean, spacious, nice pool facilities. Communication with property manager was fine. Some limited disappointments, such as the ONLY real view from the balcony is the massive gondola apparatus, which the unit literally sits 20 yards from the room right at eye level. Convenient in the winter but a bit of an eye sore if you’re expecting a nice view of the mountains. Additionally, there was summer construction just across the field from us that started at 8 AM and didn’t finish till after 6:30 PM every day. So pretty loud to even sit on the balcony. I might come back, but I wouldn’t come back this summer just due to all the work being done around the property. The other thing is, as others have pointed out, It’s a bit removed from everything and a drive to almost everything, so you need a car.

Excellent condo for couples

We had a wonderful stay at Lupine Lodge (a condo unit within the Trailhead Lodge). The check-in process was simple and explained very well. The unit was spotless and well stocked with essentials. This is a great unit for two couples as it basically has two master bedrooms both with king beds. The host was responsive and helpful. In the summer, it helps to have a car as the property is a bit removed from the ski hill base and town.

Best Location

We stay here every year and it never disappoints! With the gondola that takes you down to the slopes, this location is just as good as staying on the mountain. The condos are really nice and cozy. The beds could be a little softer, but that is more of a me problem. You and your family will love staying here!

Fantastic ski condo

We loved our stay at Lupine Lodge (inside the Trailhead Lodge but not managed by Vacasa). It was the ideal location with a 5-minute mini gondola ride to the base area. Also a 5-minute drive to Safeway and 10 minutes to downtown Steamboat. The condo itself was super clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
