Remodeled main level in 2019 with a modern mountain design, Kit & Cub-oodle is a 3 bedroom with 3.5 bathrooms with superb views available for rent in the Whistler neighborhood, near the base of the ski area. A private hot tub, 2 car garage and yard with open space out the back are just some of the features of this unique property. With the remodel of the 3 full bathrooms and bedrooms in the Fall of 2024, this property is perfect for those who want a contemporary look!

Walk in the front door to a bright, open custom kitchen, living and dining space. The kitchen includes a built in Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, Wolf induction stovetop with oven, Asko Dishwasher and seating for 3 at the island. Take in the ski area views from the dining table or while lounging on the sectional in the living room. Outside seating on the patio is accessible from the sliding door off the dining room. The private 6 person hot tub and gas grill are conveniently located just outside the kitchen. Rounding out the first floor is a half bathroom and the 2-car garage with plenty of storage and hooks for all your gear, winter or summer!

Head up the first flight of stairs to an open hallway with the primary bedroom to the right with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Left of the hallway, is the bunk room which includes 2 sets of new bunks, each with a twin over full size bed plus the ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has deck access and a ceiling fan. The primary also has a gas fireplace, double sinks in the bathroom and plenty of closet space. The third floor of this townhome includes the 3rd bedroom with 1 king bed, a working desk, an ensuite bath with double sinks and the full size washer and dryer.

The benefits of the location of this property include proximity to the stop for the free bus to the ski area or downtown. Another amazing amenity is a trail that runs along the property connecting to the Steamboat Springs Core Trail system, taking you to Whistler Park, Walton Creek or the Yampa River.

*** PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PARKING RESTRICTIONS: this property has a 2 car limit and both vehicles must fit in the garage. The area outside the garage is part of a fire lane. The garage dimensions are 7'9" high, 16' wide, 17.5 depth. There is additional space in the garage outside of the parking area to store gear and such.

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Sanctuary in the Mountains

I had a wonderful birthday weekend with my best friend on a girls trip to this amazing rental in the mountains. Incredibly cozy and inviting, clean and updated, fantastic amenties, beautiful view, and relatively private (only the occasional walkers and bikers on the trail alongside the backyard). The firepit was great and easy to use (gas/propane) and the hot tub was super nice and very clean (easy to use). The beds are super comfortable with a nice fireplace in the master. Plenty of space,comfy furniture, great finishes. 10/10 recommend. Property management company was extremely nice and helpful with any questions and concerns. Ive already booked a week back at the rental for my husband and I. Definitely a strong pick for your Steamboat Springs stay!

So close to perfection

We loved our stay at Kit and Caboodle. Very nice amenities, clean living quarters, everything functioned as it should. Our only knock is the hot tub, we arrived on Sunday but apparently Tuesday is "hot tub cleaning day", so from Sunday until Tuesday afternoon, the hot tub was absolutely gross. More foam than one can imagine, stinky, green water, with all sorts of gunk floating in it. We got off the mountain Tuesday to a sparkling clean hot tub, but half our trip was over. Just mentioning this as it would greatly improve the quality of our stay! Clean that bad boy between guests, regardless of what day it is! Absolute necessity. Other than that, as mentioned, beautiful condo, great garage, great communication, just a dirty tub of water!

Comfortable, Warm, Quiet Ski Vacay

Beautiful place and setting. Open living space with clean kitchen. Great place to hang out. We had 2 gaming nights with 5 people, watched movies, hung out in the hot tub. 2 main bedrooms are very spacious, comfortable, quiet with the in-floor heating. Mud room in the heated garage made it very simple to leave boots and such out and have them warm, dry, and ready to put on the next morning. I'd like to visit in the spring or summer. Nice place!

Beautiful view! Cozy! Kitchen was perfect! Shuttle to ski was short and easy! They had everything you needed! Only complaint was three flights of stairs to do laundry, but my calves got a workout they needed! Will be back for sure!

Perfect for Girls Trip!

Amazing property and attention to detail! We especially appreciated the gourmet kitchen (especially coffee supplies), a big basket of warm blankets for the living room, and another basket of towels for the hot tub. Plus, this may be the only vacation rental I’ve stayed in with top of the line toilet paper! Sometimes the little things mean the most 😉. Beautiful views off the back porch. Love the walking trail adjacent to property. Five stars all around!!

We loved staying here! It was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay! The condo was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Snowboard Trip

Amazing townhouse close to Steamboat Resort. Very nice kitchen that is well supplied and laid out, very family friendly. Nice views from the hot tub. Extremely clean and welcoming.
