Storm Meadows Townhouse 10 is one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat. Not much compares to being situated right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers modern mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area as well as pool, hot tub and gym access. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area.



Enter the remodeled property on the main level and into the open living area which features floor-to-ceiling windows, incredible slope views and plenty of natural light. It also offers ample comfortable seating on the new sofa. Sit back and relax, gather with friends and family by the electric fireplace, warm up and take in the beautiful scenery and/or watch a game or movie on the big screen TV.



The living area includes a full kitchen with gorgeous granite counters and is equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is also a brand new large dining table and chairs off the kitchen that comfortably seats 8, and is perfect for a family or group.



The main level also has access to a deck with the amazing views of the slopes, and outdoor furniture. It's perfect for relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain. There is a powder room on this level, as well as the garage and covered parking space right in front of the entry.



Upstairs are the two en suites. The king en suite features a king sized bed, flat screen tv, tons of storage and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.



The queen en suite features brand new everything including a queen sized bed, flat screen tv, tons of storage and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.



There is a convenient small living area on this level that offers a desk. Combined with high speed Xfinity WiFi, this makes Townhouse 10 perfect for your remote working needs.



The lower level has two bedrooms with flat screen tv’s and deck access. One has a queen bed and the other has a twin over full sized bunk bed and another full bed. There is a full bathroom on the lower level in the hallway with a walk in shower. There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. The lower level deck is slope side and also has a ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!



During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain.



Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Very nice ski in / Ski out. Great access to the slopes via the Right of Way trail with a nice balcony overlooking the trail. Townhome and bedroom comfortable for 3 adult couples.

Weekend stay at the Storm Meadow Townhouse 10

We had a great last weekend in March stay. iTrip was very responsive to our questions and requests. We had a 1-year-old and, because of the stairs, we needed a child gate, and they got one for us with a couple hours. We got an early check-in, which was very helpful. I realize it might not have been possible during the height of the winter season, but we appreciated the flexibility. We also got the check-out deferred an hour, which also served our needs well. The townhouse kitchen was well-equipped and we made several meals there. The place was clean and inviting. The balcony had a great view. Sadly, there wasn't much snow. I hope to come back sometime when there is snow to ski. I'll definitely consider Storm Meadows then.

Fine, and almost true to the listing. It would be ski in/ski out ONLY if there were LOTS of snow - but there wasn't - so it was walk in/walk out - about 100 yards. Beats a bus, but ...Also, the unit interior is not a full remodel. Exterior is beautiful, primary bedroom is very new - kitchen area feels a bit dated, downstairs is clearly not recently remodeled. But it was very functional for us (5 people) ...I do think 9 (their limit) would feel crowded.

It was amazing!!

The property was perfect and has everything we needed. It was like home away from home and very accommodating. It was comfortable and the shuttle service was a plus. Definitely recommend this place and hope to return soon.

Ski in and out was very easy. Condo was spacious and equipped. Furnishings were dated, beds were firm and TVs were small. My expectations matched with reality and we would book again.

Pros / cons of this perfectly located ski-in ski-out Townhouse

Pros: Such a great Ski-in / Ski-out location! We loved being able to come and go at different times and to wake up and see the cats, snowmobiles, and early morning people skinning up the run. Really Great location & the free shuttle they offer made it easy to come and go from the base without having to find parking. The drivers were so kind and accommodating. My family gave rave reviews of the year-round pool and hot tub. It's a bit of a walk so bring a cozy robe or walk over in your coat. The kitchen is equipt with everything you need to cook at home. Cons: It's pretty outdated. A few chairs around the kitchen table needed tightening. The sectional sofa has a piece of plywood under the cushions on one side. We had to manually shut down the toilet in the master bedroom because it would not stop running and would not fill. Lastly, when we took a bath upstairs the water leaked through the ceiling downstairs, and my husband had to put a bowl under the drip in the ceiling. When I called about the leak I was told they already knew about it and we were supposed to be told ahead of time but we were not told. All in all, the above issues, if resolved, would make this worth he lower rental cost as compared to other ski-in, ski-out townhomes next to it. We would stay again if we knew all of these issues were resolved because the location, and the set-up for larger families, are all wonderful.

Great condo!

We loved our time at the condo in Steamboat. We skied in and out and the condo was comfortable and well-equipped. I would definitely stay again. The only drawback was that we couldn't get the VCR or DVD player to work. There were lots of classic movies that would have been perfect to watch after dinner but we couldn't get any of them to play - or Netflix to go on, despite following all the posted directions. Hopefully this is an easy fix for them.

Legit ski on ski off condo

This condo was perfect for us though it was not in any way fancy. It had 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, ample bureaus and closets, a functional kitchen (with not the greatest pots and pans), 3 bathrooms with good hot water in the showers, parking for 2 cars, a small living room with killer views of the mountain and most importantly for us, it was truly ski in/out. It was a dream to open the slider door, walk to the ski locker on the deck, and click into your skis to ski down to the lifts. Came home for lunch and at the end of the day with the same ease. We felt very fortunate to stay in Townhouse 10! Also, itrip was awesome to work with. Good communication.

Great Experience

As with most trips these days we were not the best scheduled. They were great getting us where we needed or wanted to go. The shuttle drivers were the best. They are the face of the company. And we loved them all. So really the shuttle drivers are who made the trip for us!! All great people!! The condo was in a great location. Thank you!!

Excellent ski in/out spot!

Loved our stay! The ski in/out is perfect! You are immediately on an easy green so no worries for any skier level. The home was stocked with essentials like hand and dish soap, trash bags, laundry needs, shower toiletries and plenty of dishes, pots/pans for cooking. We loved being able to ski in at the end of a long day of skiing and not leave the condo again because we had groceries and a warm fire. Will definitely rent again!

Family weekend

The house was perfect for our family of 5 for a long weekend. We loved being able to walk out the back door and be on the trail. The house was super clean and matched the pictures and description perfectly. Easy check in and check out process. I would stay here again.
