➡ Please remember that you're staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living there 24/7.

➡ Please note that this is an older condo building. Appliances and furniture are modern, but the kitchen and bathrooms have not been renovated. While this condo is not a luxury accommodation, it provides a cozy and comfortable space for a relaxing getaway with easy access to the base area where you can do a lot of activites.

➡ Replenishments or additional items will need to be purchased by guests. Before arriving, please consider buying the additional items. There are also plenty of supermarkets and grocery stores around to purchase your supplies and grocery items. Please refer to the digital guidebook that will be provided to you after booking for a list of nearby stores.

➡ In the winter months, pls be prepared for winter conditions. A 4WD/AWS vehicle and/or winter tires might be required and highly recommended. There is a small ramp going up the condo building that might be challenging for a vehicle if it's not winter ready. Guests assume all responsibility for getting to and accessing the property. Host assumes no liability and does not offer refunds for weather-related issues.

➡ The ski base area is approximately a 10-min walk from the property. Please note that one short section along Burgess Creek Rd is hilly with no curb and sidewalk, which can make carrying gears challenging. For added convenience, guests are welcome to use the wagon cart we provided to transport ski gears.

➡ Please review the cancellation policy. We suggest getting travel insurance to protect your trip. It can cover unexpected cancellations or emergencies due to extreme weather conditions.

➡ Each TV is equipped with a Smart TV where you can stream your popular shows. Please bring your own login and password for each streaming app you want to use.

Neighborhood Description:

This condo is in a building up on a hillside with amazing mountain views and less than 10-minute walking distance to the base of the mountain where all the major and popular activities are happening. No need to worry about parking!

The condo is also a quick drive to Downtown Steamboat for more dining and shopping options.

You can either drive around or use the free shuttle bus that stops at the bottom of the street. If you need to go skiing or mountain biking, the base area is less than 10 min walk along the roadside.

Super convenient location to the base - an uphill walk at the end of the day, but not too far. Nice views of the resort from patios and windows. Small kitchen with everything we needed. Fireplace was nice, but not easy to regulate temp in the condo. Comfortable bed in bedroom, did not use the pull out bed. Comfortable living space with full bathroom on the lower level with the kitchen. Lots of stairs to the bedroom on upper level from the living room, but easy entrance from parking and front door. Host was available with great communication, condo info sheet was perfect, condo was clean, easy in and out and no issues made for a nice long weekend for snowboarding.

The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, close to wear we wanted to be, and had a nice fireplace that put out some good heat. The only issue which has nothing to do with the condo itself was the parking. We have a extra long truck and it was a bit difficult to park and turn around to get out. So just keep that in mind if you have one like ours.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo had all of the amenities we needed, was very clean, and super cute. It is conveniently located near a bus stop, which was very nice. We were visiting in the summer and there are many hiking trails nearby. The condo has a nice patio so you can site outside and enjoy. The host was very attentive and provided helpful information before and during our stay. Accessing the property was very easy and the checkout procedures were reasonable (Unlike some properties). I would stay here again and recommend this condo to others!
