La Casa 22 is a multi-level family-friendly condo. Inside, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a wet bar ideal for entertaining, and a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace and balcony access. The bedrooms area on separate levels and include a primary suite with a king bed, a second suite with a queen bed, and two additional bedrooms each of which has two twin beds and en suite baths. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request. After days out on the mountain, come home for a soothing soak in one of the two shared hot tubs.

If you're looking for some fair-weather adventure in the great outdoors, hike the scenic, seven-mile Yampa River Core Trail that passes right through Steamboat Springs, or head north just 37 miles to check out the incredible Mount Zirkel Wilderness Area for fishing, hiking, and whitewater rafting. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of the Old Town Hot Springs with multiple pools and water slides, just a little over three miles north. And when it's time to dine out, this condo sits within walking distance of popular local restaurants like T-Bar, Café Diva, and Slopeside Grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
