Tucked away in an exclusive enclave, this townhome offers a prime location near skiing, snowboarding, and public transit. Take a walk to the gondola, or enjoy a free looping daytime shuttle in the winter months. Steamboat Resort is located a half-mile away, while the slopes of Howelsen Hill are within 4 miles. In the summer months, drive to Fish Creek Falls for an array of scenic hiking trails. After your outdoor adventures, head downtown for some pampering at Old Town Hot Springs. Treat yourself to a massage, then take your pick from eight hot spring pools.

This stunning home boasts over 2,000 square feet of luxurious living space across three floors. On the second floor, a large open living space features vaulted ceilings and plenty of comfy seating. Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace with a striking floor-to-ceiling stone hearth while you watch a movie on the TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with lovely light wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a double sink, and ample counter space for meal preparation. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dinner table or perch at the kitchen bar.

After a day of fun-filled excursions, take a dip in the hot tub or heated pool. Or continue the fun outside and play a game on the tennis courts in the summer. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head to the private balcony to grill dinner and dine alfresco on the expansive deck.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Poorly managed / maintained

Very poor experience. Management company was non responsive with significant issues (broken window covered by plywood, floors and showers were disgusting, fireplace didn’t work, mattresses were terrible). Bottom line
.great location but poorly managed and maintained. Reached out to management company multiple times over the course of the week with same reply each time, “ I apologize for the delay caused in resolving this, but we do not have any update from the local staff at the moment.”

Beautiful condo with pool and hot tub.

It was a great home however it was HOT! No AC and the temps inside the house got up to 90 degrees! It would have been nice to have AC or something also for a family of 8 going to the pool and showering extra towels would have been nice.

Big and comfortable

This is a nice, spacious 3-story townhouse in a quiet development. Seven of us -- including 3 kids 12 and under -- stayed there in an extended family trip. Lots of room to spread out, places to both interact and to get some privacy. The pool is small and shallow -- only goes to 5 feet depth -- but was uncrowded. Steamboat condos generally don't have AC but this place w its huge western-facing 2-story windows certainly could have used it during the new summer temperatures of climate change Colorado. There was a mixture of thoughtful stocking of the place -- tennis racket and balls to play on the court outside -- and odd omissions, like our inability to find potholders. Still, management was constantly, albeit unobtrusively, checking in with us, their communication was excellent, and the space was great.

Great get-a-way

great property, clean overall, and quiet. The pool, hot tub and tennis courts were unexpectedly nice and we used everyday. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The only comment is the trash in the garage had no been taken out by cleaning crew or previous renters, so we had to do this and took several trips. Also the grill on the deck had not been cleaned in sometime so took us while to clean enough to where it would even light. ( we grilled everyday ). I recommend and am sure we will be back.

Great location

Loved the location in Steamboat, and the townhome neighborhood + the unit was located right across from the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Only complaint was that the unit had stained linens and towels- had to wash them to be sure they were not dirty. I’m assuming that the property mgmt company would have replaced them if we had asked.

The property was clean and inviting. It’s in a great location near the slopes and next to the hot tub. The pool key wasn’t in the condo but the management company brought a new one over in <20 minutes.

Great location for a mountain getaway!

Property was beautiful (just as pictured), and the location was terrific! Well stocked kitchen. Across the drive from the small pool and tennis courts. No AC in the unit, so the upstairs did get hot during they day, but plenty of fans to help cool it off at night.

Wonderful stay in Steamboat Springs

We had a great time in Steamboat Springs! Our property rental was very clean with very nice furniture and comfortable beds. Everything was in working order and the WiFi was satisfactory. Turnkey communicated everything we needed to know by email prior to our arrival. We were very pleased with this rental and company and would recommend them. Compensation was provided for this review.
