Welcome to a true Colorado mountain retreat at Cimarron #10, also known as “The Powder House.” This exquisite 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath luxury townhome is located just one walkable block from the base of Steamboat Resort. With over 3,000 square feet of beautifully designed living space, this professionally curated home accommodates up to 12 guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.

Enter “The Powder House” through the spacious mudroom—perfect for storing gear after a day on the slopes. The entry level (1st floor) also includes a full-size laundry area and a two-car garage with a ping pong table. The main level (2nd floor) features an open concept living area where the gourmet kitchen, dining space, and great room flow seamlessly beneath soaring vaulted ceilings. Step through the great room onto the outdoor balcony overlooking the interior of the complex. This space includes a dining set for outdoor meals and a gas grill for year-round barbecues. Unwind in the private hot tub—ideal after skiing or on cool summer nights. For added convenience, a powder bathroom is available on the main level. The upper level (3rd floor) loft overlooks the main living area and includes a regulation 8' pool table and stools for evening entertainment.

The main-level primary suite offers a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and spa-like ensuite with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and jetted soaking tub. Two additional king bedrooms are located on the upper level, each with an ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities and walk-in showers. On the entry level, the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed and ensuite with walk-in shower, while the fifth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle and ensuite with tub/shower combo.

A perfect home for our annual family ski trip over Christmas

This wonderful home was absolutely perfect for our family of 7 to spend Christmas week! The 3 K Bedroom ensuites, large kitchen and gathering room, pool table, and the family favorite - the Ping Pong table in the heated garage area! We hope to rent it again next year

Lived our stay. Was about a 7 min walk to gondola but the shuttle service was awesome for getting to mountain and town. Place was clean and as advertised. A lot of fun for my group of friends.

Awesome Stay In Steamboat!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was perfect and very well equipped. The shuttle for the resort or downtown literally picks up out front. Jon was fantastic and really prompt answering any questions we had about the home and the area. We will definitely be back!!!

great week in Steamboat

Excellent unit, really nice place to stay and great reviews are all true, ski shuttle picks you up and drops you off literally at the front door, 5 full bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms, outdoor hot tub and nightly ping pong tournaments in heated garage, 6 burner Viking stove for cook in the group, excellent communication with Jon the manager, book with confidence!

Incredible accommodations - perfect for families and groups

We were impressed from the start. John (property manager) could not have been more helpful. The whole experience felt like we were being welcomed by friends instead of renting a condo. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Convenient to thr mountain on foot or by shuttle and a great place to relax if you’re not skiing.

Everything you need for a great vaca in Steamboat

Very comfortable house spread over 3 floors. Loaded with games, hot tub, sound system and kitchen loaded with accessories. The living area is very spacious. Shuttle to town (slopes or anywhere) was terrific. Property manager (John) was very easy to work with.

Perfect family house

We had a chance to spend a week at this wonderful house. Very clean, large living/kitchen area and bathroom in each room. Jon the property manager, gave us a complete personal tour of all the amenities. Free shuttle service, on demand! New brewery opened the week we were there as well. Perfect!!

Amazing Vacation at Cimarron!

Couldn't recommend this property more! We were a group of 10- 2 families, and there was MORE than enough room! It had all the amenities and was SO close to the mountain base! Loved the free shuttle service to take up everywhere! Jon was great to work with and always answered my calls if we needed anything. This property truly made our vacation to Steamboat top notch. Beautiful, clean accommodations in Steamboat for girls annual ski trip. Spacious layout, fully equipped home with quality appliances and accommodations. The hot tub on the deck, was a welcoming plunge after a hard day of skiing. Ping pong table and pool table added entertainment. Front door shuttle service made getting to ski area and downtown a breeze!

Steamboat Family Trip

This house was perfect for our extended family. We had a great time in Steamboat. We only had one small problem with the heat, and the house manager was very prompt in helping fix the issue. The hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were enjoyed by several family members. The large dining table was perfect for meals and playing games. Also, the shuttle system picked up right outside the home and took us anywhere we wanted to go. Very close to the base for skiing. We had a great time!

Convenient and roomy

This comfortable five bedroom house was a good choice for our large family gathering. We’ll enjoy having three king size beds, as we are tall people. The hot tub was a great bonus on the deck and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. The manager John was extremely nice and Greeted us upon arrival, explaining how the house functioned. The shuttle service was handy as it was OK to walk to the lift in snowboard boots but not very comfortable in ski boots. Also handy to get into town at night and as long as you returned by 10:45 PM.

Amazing stay in a beautiful home!!

Our group consisted of adults, teens and children. The house was immaculate! We could walk to the hill and many other restaurants close by. The hot tub was a game changer at the end of a long day of skiing. Kids loved the pool table and ping pong table! They could also walk to the pool. Property manager, John, made sure we were taken care of and responded quickly when needed. We used a grocery delivery service (Grocery Mom of Steamboat) and our fridge was full upon arrival! We could shuttle into the resort or into town anytime we wanted. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome powder house

This house is as described and better. There were 11 of us (all 21+) staying here. Plenty of comfortable room and bathrooms for everyone. Great for skiers and non- skiers as well. Shuttle stops right at the front door. House manager and homeowner were excellent to work with. Super clean, well stocked, gourmet kitchen, 2 fireplaces, pool table, ping pong table, hot tub on the unit deck and also next to the heated community pool, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, floor heating so the house is always warm and comfy. Walking distance to the base of the mountain, although there is an equally accessible and easy shuttle through the whole resort. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at the powder house!

Wonderful ski/boarding home for a large family!

Our family of 9 stayed at this home for a week. John - the property manager - greeted us and showed us around the home. He was always on call for any needs that we had - which were few since the house was so great. A short, beautiful pathway walk to the gondola and restaurants within walking distance around the square. A shuttle consistently runs so no need for a car rental! The kitchen was more well stocked than mine at home - and all the basics were provided which was a bonus treat! Everyone slept great and the home served us well - ping pong, pool, large TVs for good football watching and a table that fit all of us for long meals! The community hot tub was awesome too. Book now!!!

Family Steamboat Ski Trip

The manager John was excellent in responding when ever I called and the place was beautiful. It had plenty of extras including spices for cooking which was great. We were even able to check in a little early. Disappointed in a few things: There was no soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms. The cleaning crew did however leave partially used bars of soap in 3 of the bathrooms which we found kind gross. John however brought us some bathroom supplies immediately.We also had a fair amount of ants in the basement bedrooms and there were also some ants on the main level. John did say they knew about the ants and are trying to resolve the problem soon.We were also disappointed that the pool temperature was 68 degrees and we were unable to use it the entire time we stayed after telling our 5 year old grand daughter that we were going to the pool.
