Beautiful 1 Bedroom Apartment in Downtown Steamboat Springs

Beautiful newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment located in downtown Steamboat Springs. All the best restaurants, bars, hiking trails, and river are all within walking distance. Free bus takes you to the ski mountain in 10 minutes or less however one designated parking spot comes with the unit. This cozy apartment will be a perfect home away from home for 2 lucky people and a true delight.
The space:
This Beautiful "city style" newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Downtown Steamboat Springs on Butcher Knife Creek. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed and would very comfortably accommodate 2 people. There is a couch in the living room but it is not a pull out.

Pack and play available and always left in the hall closet for guests.

Guests will have access to on site parking, Laundry, WIFI And shared outdoor eating area.
Other things to note. It is an apartment so please be mindful of your neighbors as the walls are quite thin. Thank you, and we look forward to hosting you here in beautiful Steamboat Springs!

Comfortable Downtown Steamboat Apartment

The apartment was clean and nice with a well stocked kitchen. There was parking out front which was good since my van wouldn't fit in the designated slot. The bed and living space were comfortable and check in went smoothly.

The location is fantastic and the apartment is great. The unit is a very nicely updated apartment in an older, unkempt building. Once inside, the unit is very modern, tasteful, well-stocked and clean. Although it is located next to a small stream, the outside is not conducive to lounging. The unit is has no AC, but there is a fan provided. The host was excellent in responding when we had questions, and the check-in and check-out are simple. We really enjoyed out stay.

Walking distance to downtown

The apartment was very convenient to downtown. We didn't need to worry about parking all the time which was very nice. The apartment was comfortable and was nicely appointed. I appreciated sitting by the stream with coffee in the morning.

fantastic location for short ski vaca!

This condo is perfectly located in downtown Steamboat Springs - a 1 block walk to the free shuttle to the mountain which is very doable in ski boots. We parked our car the entire time we were there - used the shuttle for skiing and then walked to dinner at lots of downtown spots - be sure to hit up the happy hours at most restaurants for the best deals! The condo kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed; good coffee; nice towels and very clean. I highly recommend!

The property was just as advertised. It was the perfect size and very comfortable. It was close to restaurants, shops, groceries, and the bus stop to go skiing. It has it all! I would recommend it to others and would stay there again.

Perfect Location

The condo was just right for us! Comfortable space stoked with everything we needed. The best part was the location. Just two blocks from downtown. It was so nice to be able to walk to great restaurants and stores. We enjoyed renting mountain bikes from Wheels (best access to the Yampa river trail).

downtown apartment in Steamboat Springs

Very convenient for walking around I Steamboat. The apartment is very nicely re-done on the inside with very good use made of a smaller place. Furnishings were nice and dry comfortable. the kitchen was clean. modern and well-stocked. Couch is very comfortable, as was the bed. There are nice sturdy shelves all around the apartment. They were great for holding all the incidentals for travel and keeping items organized. The outside of the building is a bit rough-looking but, don't let that warn you off the place. We really enjoyed it. Safe and secure feeling.

Great Location

The apartment was really nice for the two of us. The location couldn’t have been better. It is a short walk to the downtown action. The kitchen is big and well equipped. The living area and bedroom were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat.
