Looking for peaceful holiday homes away from the crowd? At Bellellen Park 2, we run a quiet hobby farm stay with about 200 Aussie White x Dorper sheep. Youâll also see wild animals like rabbits, goats, kangaroos, deer, and birds such as blue wrens, robin redbreasts, and black cockatoosâperfect for wildlife encounters and birdwatching.

The Space:
Bellellen Park 2 by Tiny Away offers an amazing tiny house experience just 9 minutes from the town of Stawell and around 12 minutes from Halls Gap. The tiny house is surrounded by mountain views, beautiful sunsets, and grazing sheep to keep you company. Itâs perfect for anyone looking for peaceful holiday homes to relax, while being close to nature.
Nearby attractions include Halls Gap Zoo, Clematis Falls, Venus Baths, and Pinnacle Lookout. For the ultimate nature escape, Grampians National Park is just 28 minutes away.
A cozy 170-square-foot tiny home features a lofted queen-sized bed and a covertible single bed counch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Bellellen Park 1," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny house and walk through the paddocks and creeks, but not the main house or sheds unless necessary.
Advisory:
- Just to be aware this tiny home has steep stairs leading up to the bed.
Pre-orders are all available with 24 hrs prior notice:
- Pets allowed with an additional $15 fee.
- A $200 fine applies if a dog attacks a sheep.

Bellellen Park 2 by Tiny Away is just 9 minutes from the town of Stawell and around 12 minutes from Halls Gap. The tiny house is close to local gems like Halls Gap Zoo with its wide range of animals, the mysterious Sisters Rocks, tranquil Clematis Falls, the natural rock pools of Venus Baths, the narrow path of Silent Street, and the breathtaking Pinnacle Lookout. And for the ultimate nature escape, Grampians National Park is just 28 minutes away.

- No smoking inside, except outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts in trash bin
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests
- Please clean up after your dog/cats shedding before checking out
- Please keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals, especially our sheep
- Remember to close the gates behind you, whether you are leaving or entering the property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Small dogs only with 24 hrs notice and must be kept on a leash at all times.The full pet policy will be sent before arrival.
Important note:
- Fires must remain within the designated fire pit area
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
