Station de Tempelhof Hôtels avec climatisation

"Oh man, for a four star hotel this was not it. Felt more like a 2.5 star. The shower head was incredibly dirty. The water was spraying in all different directions. I told the hotel staff about it 4 times on different days. They kept saying it would be handled and it wasn’t. My partner just ended up cleaning it herself (not a great start to a stay). Also had to ask 4x for them to bring up another pillow. At one point, late at night we had to ask for more toilet paper as housekeeping hadn’t come at all yet (this was like 5 days in) and they had the nerve to ask us to come down and get it. We took the option for one double bed but for some reason they didn’t have duvet that covered the whole bed. Just two single sized ones. So many miscommunications with housekeeping. The first time they came as were about to leave so we’d ask them to come back in 5 minutes. Then they just didn’t come back that day and it took several days before the room was cleaned. They did not provide face cloths OR lotion. And they only had a combo shampoo body wash and no conditioner. What is this? My local ymca? Never seen any of this at a hotel I’ve stayed at. Especially not a supposedly four star one. The room was quite dry as well. Enjoyed the spa. The gym was pretty pathetic. The food at breakfast was good. Good location. In spite of all these issues, they only provided 10% discount for 6/8 nights I stayed. Def not enough of an offset to make me recommend this place. "

"Hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de Berlin. Mais établissement "industriel", avec des centaines de clients et des infrastructures souvent débordées: accueil encombré, salle de petit déjeuner saturée, engendrant attente pour pouvoir y accéder et absence de place assise. La chambre était correcte mais mériterait un rafraichissement. A noter, l'accès au rooftop est payant, même pour les clients de l’hôtel - cet élément n'apparait pas clairement dans la publicité de l’hôtel."
