Cozy and Contemporary Villa 1 Mile from GSU

Summary:
Newly renovated unit with granite countertops, brand new flooring, custom back splash and stainless-steel appliances. It is a 3bd/2ba located in Statesboro, GA with a fresh, contemporary feel. It is located 1 mile away from Georgia Southern University and approximately 60 miles away from Savannah, GA. It is 2 miles from all shopping and dining! Please note this is one half of a duplex.

The Space:
Our space is a cozy 3 bed/2 bath bungalow with a beachy feel which includes wifi, a full kitchen, a back-patio area and free parking for our guests. Located in a residential neighborhood but still close to the Georgia Southern Campus. It is perfect for game days or spending time with friends and family.
It is completely furnished, including three queen beds, couches, and separate space for sharing meals. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking/cleaning supplies.
*Pets are allowed at this property with an additional fee of $75.00*

Guest Access:
The property will be accessed through a private door with a lock code.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet, family neighborhood close to everything in town. Location, location, location!

Getting Around:
Uber is approximately $5 to everything. Or just a short drive to shopping and dining in town.

Platinum Dance Competition

Absolutely loved the space! It was perfect for my mom, sister, and adult special needs brother to come with my 14 year old daughter and I to support her at her dance competition. Just enough food places, grocery stores, and other things close by, but still quiet and laid back area close to GSU!

Nice property

We came to Statesboro to spend some time with our Son and his family. Their place is not big enough for all of us so we rented this unit so we all could spend our time together. Very nice place with lots of space and parking. Had everything we needed and was comfortable.

Nice for what we needed.

The property was clean and fine for what we needed. We were there for my daughter to attend GSU softball camp and for my son’s college orientation. The neighborhood needed a little attention! Also, I didn’t know I would need to bring toilet paper. There were already used rolls in both bathrooms, but no more to replace them.

Great location and Layout

This property's location was very convenient to places around Statesboro. We liked the layout with the master and secondary bedrooms split as it allowed for more privacy. Very comfortable and plenty of room to relax. Well-kept property.

Good stay overall. Very clean and convenient to the college. Great accommodations for family in town

Once I was able to get the proper contact telephone number, the reservation and stay was good. The A/C stopped working, but service was restored by the maintenance within an hour. Overall, I was pleased with our stay and would certainly stay again in the future. We needed a house large enough to accommodate our family for GSU graduation and this place was perfect. Thanks for allowing us to book.
