Note: Our property is located near Heavenly`s Stagecoach Lift and offers convenient access for ski enthusiasts. On a typical day, itâs just a short, easy 5-minute walk to the lift. During big snow days or in a heavy snow year, you can even ski back to the property along the side of the road, adding an extra touch of adventure to your stay. Please note that this route may not be suitable for beginner skiers, as it requires some confidence on skis. Whether you`re walking or skiing, you`ll love the close proximity to the slopes!

During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.
Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.
