Bring the whole group and enjoy this spacious, character-filled mountain home that combines classic charm with comfortable modern living. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, multiple gathering spaces, and room for large families, this home is perfect for vacations, ski trips, or relaxing getaways.
***Parking for 4 small cars. There are 2 very small spots in the garage for parking. The garage doors are low and will only accommodate short cars, anything taller then a Tesla model X will not fit. The driveway will accommodate 2 cars also. The driveway is very skinny and 2 large SUV's will be tight.
The home has an older, cozy cabin feel while still offering all the comfort and space you need to unwind and make memories together.
First Floor â Game Room & Guest Bedrooms
The entry level welcomes guests with a fun game room featuring a pool table â perfect for evenings after a day outdoors. This level also includes:
Bedroom 1 with a Queen bed
Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed
Shared full bathroom in the hallway
This floor works great for guests wanting a little extra privacy or families traveling together.
Second Floor â Main Living Space
The heart of the home is on the second floor, where youâll find a large open-concept kitchen and living room with bright windows that bring in tons of natural light. The spacious layout makes it easy for everyone to gather, cook, dine, and relax together.
Step out through the sliding doors onto the deck and enjoy evening BBQs surrounded by mountain air.
This level also includes:
Fully equipped kitchen
Large living area with plenty of seating
Office room/workspace
Laundry room
Shared full hallway bathroom
Master bedroom 3 with a King bed and Twin bed
Private ensuite bathroom in the master suite

*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
